"As far as the stay I honestly couldn’t fault it my bed was super comfy I stayed in the queen suite with shared bathroom it was spotless and warm too Helen had the radiators on and an electric blanket in the bed which was much welcomed as I stayed mid- January. If you do stay in this room just switch the blanket on and wait an hour you might not be able to feel it to the touch but once you get into bed you’ll feel it. There was plenty of tea & coffee plus nice little touches like water chocolate...

"Cottage was ideal for 2 persons, if there was any more there was no where for them to sit in the lounge to watch TV Also a warning about the shower ceiling if you are tall you would have to kneel in the show because of the sloping roof Otherwise all ok"

"Searles is a good site with plenty of entertainment. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay BUT. We made the booking through Hoseasons and on two occasions we received emails saying your payment has not gone through and the booking was cancelled without any contact with us apart form the email. We struggled to find a phone number to resolve the problem which is still a mystery. Searles provided us with contact number and we were able to book it over the phone. The online booking system was a disaster"

"Booked for our first break away with our newborn and dog. The garden was fab for the dog and nice and big and secure. The location is on a cul de sac road a short drive from the beach. We know the area well and Heacham is a good base for us to explore wider west north Norfolk. The house has everything you need for a mini break. Bedrooms are spacious, some areas could benefit from a few very tiny tweaks but overall it was more than a great base for us. We had lovely hot showers consistently so...

"Vicky is a lovely host and her rental is stunning. The location is perfect: a lovely stroll into Hunstanton, sea view and access to local beaches. Beds and sofas are very comfortable, kitchen is well equipped and everything is immaculate. The home is also very spacious which led to a very relaxing stay for our party."

"The house is exactly as described so suited our group well. Local area actually has some great places to visit - Langham Glass in Fakenham , the North Norfolk Railway not to mention the Thursford Collection virtually next door ! We divided our time between the garden and trips out (the seal watching was fabulous) . Good local restaurants too. Overall a really pleasing stay."

"Perfect location with parking outside. Only small front garden. Very clean and tidy but lower bedroom was slightly cold and took a couple of days to warm up. The ceramic lamps hanging over the dining table were a hazard and heads were bumoed several times as they are too low. Seating needs replacing to accommodate four people. Despite the comments we had a lovely holiday."

"We had plenty of room for the ten of us. The house was situated in a lovely area of Hunstanton. There was so much to do in the area. We loved the fact that we could just walk two minutes down the road to buy a lovely ice cream."

"Super clean, spacious, lovely private garden with badminton rackets and football. Well stocked with tea, coffee, toilet paper, salt & pepper etc etc. 3 generations stayed a week and we loved it. Simple to find. Plenty of room. We didn't find the road a problem with noise at all. Easy walk into town and to the swimming pool. We had a smashing time. Would highly recommend!"

"A short stay to explore the Norfolk coast. I loved the attention to detail and decor of the cottage. If you like historic buildings then this place is for you! The top floor room has an old beam across it and is a struggle to get into but the kids liked it so that was a win. The cottage is quite dark inside and just enough social space for two adults and two kids. The courtyard garden is lovely and a great sun trap. Thanks for having us. "

Inside the cottage had everything you could ever need for a home away from home! Had no issues with the shower room at all, great use of space.
