"Highly recommend! Location is perfect: 1. It’s right next to the river which is lovely to walk along and listen to at night, 2. Perfect walking distance to food, shopping, bike rentals, park, and one of the gondola stations, 3. Parking is included and covered, and 4. The property is nestled perfectly away from the Main Street so it is quiet and provides the most lovely views. Property is clean and accommodating. Pool, hot tub, and steam room were clean and has the best views to admire while...

"We enjoyed our stay here. It was very large room with all the amenities that you need except we did not know it did not have air conditioning, but come to find out we didn’t need it. It does have a fan in the window. It gets pretty cold at night, the bags were pretty comfortable. One of the twin beds was a little soft but the other beds were great. The owner is extremely nice and helpful. I would stay here again. "

"While the unit was dated as had been shown in the pictures, the location was exceptional. It was walkable to everything from hiking trails, to restaurants. We never had the need to get into the car during our stay. Pets are allowed at this property, so the carpet showed evidence of their presence. Other than that, it was a great stay"

"If you want to stay in Telluride and have walking access to it all, this is a great option. Just know that the room is very basic. Everything in Telluride is extravagantly expensive, so even a basic room like this will cost a pretty penny. Don't try to compare it to what you get for the same cost elsewhere - it won't match. Besides, if you want to stay in Telluride to see Telluride, the room is essentially for sleeping. Get outside and explore!"

"A prior review said it best, "its a hidden gem in Telluride". The property couldn't be better located within town. It has plenty of parking, close to the gondola, and is the perfect walking distance from everything. The lodging is no frills, but is clean, well kept, comfortable, safe, and loaded with friendly staff. We don't travel to sit in our room so the accommodations were perfect and couldn't have asked for anything more. We will be staying here again on our next trip to Telluride."
