"Enjoyed the house. Great location. House was actually much bigger than expected. If I had any thing short of five star, it would be in regards to cleanliness. Floors were dirty, as well as countertops in areas. However, it did not negatively impact our stay."

"All I can say is WOW! Frank and Linda are absolutely great folks and the view from the back porch was beautiful! Linda was so thoughtful and had baked muffins, cookies, and an anniversary package for us! Btw her baking skills are level 10! I very much enjoyed visiting with Frank at our check in. The proposer was PEACEFUL exactly what we were looking for. We will 100% be making a return visit to this gem in east texas. "

"My husband and I stayed at the Marseilles at the French Cottages in Jefferson. It was such a charming little cottage. It had everything we needed. It was quiet, clean, close to downtown Jefferson, and very comfortable. We saw deer and many of our favorite birds. I highly recommend!"

"Our family had a great time at this property. It had everything we needed for a fun, family vacation. Rooms were nice with plenty of beds for our family of five. Kitchen was great with everything we needed. We enjoyed the canoes, paddleboard and dock. We caught several fish from the dock and even more when we rented a pontoon boat for a day. The owner answered a couple questions and provided some local tips. Everything was great!"
