"We stayed at this property for a week with our son and his wife and their two small children. It was perfect for our visit. Everyone loved having the pool in the backyard and we played some of the games that were there. It was a comfortable place to stay and a great location for getting to the beach, downtown, and the ice cream stores! Thank you to our host. We'll definitely consider staying there again if we come back again next summer. "

"We stayed two nights while in town for my daughter’s soccer tournament and the house was perfect. The beds are very comfortable, the house was spotless, the kitchen is fully setup (although we had zero time to cook), and the fire pit was a great place to unwind after a long day at the fields. We plan to come back, no doubt. "

"I really enjoyed having the advantages and activities the Beach House provided me and my Nephews. The Pool was really nice and had wonderful floating devices. The Lower basement area was fixed to enjoy with card table and arcade room(it's a little outdated, but still very much fun for the younger ones) The House essentials WERE MORE THAN YOU COULD OR WOULD EVER EXPECT......... OVER THE TOP....... YOU GUYS ROCKED IT. ALMOST NOTHING THAT YOU WOULD NEED WAS NOT PROVIDED BY THE CLIENT. THEY TOOK...

"My friends and I had a Grand Valley State alumni golf outing for the weekend and this was the perfect house to stay at for the weekend. It’s close to local golf courses and only 10 minutes away from Grand Rapids. The house was very clean and we would definitely stay here again. "

"The house was beautiful and unique. The backyard and pool area was nice and put to well use as the weekend was on the warmer side. Plenty of room for the group of us. Rick was also great to work with as we lost a watch during our stay and quickly found it and took time out of his day to return it to us.
