"Very quiet, remote setting. Overall very good. One window didnt close completely which made it a bit cold. And the ceiling in the kithchen needs an upgrade. Also when we returned one night there was no parking available and it ended up we had to park on the lawn. But on the up side, the kitchen was great, besides ceiling, the bathroom was great and the beds were comfortable. Cute, sufficient, semi rustic cabin."

"This is super convenient to both Bangor and Orono. This large 2 bedroom apartment is above a 3 bay garage so you don’t have to tiptoe. It is thoughfullydesigned so you have everything your need for either short or very long stays including a large bathroom with a washer and dryer. The beds are extremely comfortable and the sectional couch is a relaxing place to wind down. Very easy entry and great communication with the host. A great bargain!"

"We enjoyed our stay at Little Vernon! We were in town for our first visit to Maine. It was about a hour drive to Acadia National Park, truly enjoyed that and the drive wasn't bad at all. The house had everything we needed for our short stay. Laurel answered any questions quickly. We would stay again if in the area."

"The property was exactly as shown in the pictures. The view of the lake was wonderful morning, noon and night. We appreciated the available kayaks. The host was very accommodating and easy to work with. The only negative comment we have is that the water pressure in the bathroom was very low, especially in the shower. We will stay here agaIn!"

"Sweet, cozy cottage right on the shore of Lake Sebasticook. My husband and I have stayed here several times and will be back, hopefully, for many more visits. "Communication with Travis was great. He was accommodating which was very much appreciated. The home did have a musty animal odor to it, which may have been due to the basement, there was a dehumidifier which was full. In the left downstairs bedroom the mattress protector has blood on it. The sheets were clean, but the mattress protector was dirty. Overall we had an enjoyable stay. Other than the odor and the mattress protector issue, we would stay here again. Very safe area."

"This rental is centrally located. Bangor is a short drive away and you can get to the coast in an hour. The house was very clean at a resonable price. The neighborhood is quiet and not far from neccesities. We especially enjoyed eating dinner on the river at peppers landing and the Bangor outdoor venue for concerts is beautiful. Great time and wonderful area! "

"We loved our stay. The house was great. The lawn by the lake was a great spot to hang out. We ate meals outside and sat around the campfire. The back porch was also a favorite spot to read and drink our coffee and watch the loons. No TV/wifi, but we spent all our time outside or on the porch watching the lake."
