"I really enjoyed this place with my family. We are 16 people, including teenagers, seniors and children. This place is perfect for all ages. The kitchen is good, all the rooms are comfortable and the hot tub is the best part of this place. I read people talking about the access ramp to the cars, but I didn't think it was bad. We were in 4 cars and everything went super well. Mike gave a lot of tips on how to rent a boat and it was great to do that. I plan to go to this house again soon."

"We had a family Christmas gathering in this beautiful house. We all live in different parts of the country and this location was central. We used the house as a base, but only two families stayed here. Everything from the cleanliness to the well equipped kitchen and the little amenities was perfect. The view of the lake was an extra bonus and the game room was a great addition for the kids and kids at heart in the group. I highly recommend this house and hope to return in the future."

"The house was beautiful and just what we needed. There wasn’t a hair dryer for my wife like it said there was, but that was the only mishap. There was a used coffee pod left in the other bowl of pods. The neighborhood was a bit sketchy. First night for over thirty minutes at 11:30 at night there was an old drunk guy screaming profanities up and down the street. "We came in town to visit family and this was a perfect spot for us to come back to have a cup of coffee and go to bed. It was perfectly decorated, and the amenities were great. Very clean and organized, which made it easy for checkout process."

"Rented Blackwater for my 40th birthday celebration. I couldn't imagine a better place if I tried. The home is beautiful, comfortable, and well-appointed. The arcade was beyond my dreams! The decorations for Halloween made it even better. We're already planning a return in the summer.
