"The apartment was so refreshing on a hot day! Everything looked fresh and new and the 20’ ceilings and industrial chic decor was fun! We walked through a gorgeous neighborhood of old/restored homes with amazing details to an area with a bunch of different choices of eateries! Great fun!"

"I stayed 2 nights and it was a great experience. The unit is exactly like the pictures and the parking was easy on the street right in front of the house. Check in was very easy. Property located in the historic St. Ann's district and very close to University of Dayton and walking distance to Oregon district. Gretchen was very responsive. I would definitely stay again if/when in town."
