When i checked in, room was dirty and had a very foul smell. Piece from door to keep it shut was hanging from the door on the outside. The refrigerator was SUPER NASTY!! Like they haven’t cleaned it in about a week or two, with food still left on the inside from previous guest! Like they didnt clean the room at all and just put me in it. When i went to the front desk and told him, his reaponse was can i sleep there for tonight because its no more rooms available. No i will not!!! You can refund me moly money and i can go somewhere else. He didnt want to do that until i said i was calling expedia, then he was like I'll go look at it. So i guess he went and seen the horrible condition it was in, called his boss and i was refunded and left. It was horrible! I would tell anyone, from now on ask to go see the room the have you in before checking in! That was just ridiculous. You put anybody into anything just to make a buck, and because people are flying all day and tired, some people would settle. Not me!!
