Come to our cozy and relaxing Seabrook Nook in Galveston Bay, just 10 mins from Kemah Boardwalk– which is considered one of the most top-tier boardwalks in the US! This beautiful beach home has sleeping space for up to 10 guests and a spacious outdoor area with an array of seating, a fire pit, a playground for your children and grands, and tetherball! When it is time to explore, El Jardin Beach is half a mile away, there are themed restaurants, amusement rides, and shops down the way at Kemah!

WIFI: High-speed WIFI is available throughout the home and works great for corporate travelers

Community Amenities: You're just minutes away from the finest restaurants, bars, and fun that Kemah Boardwalk has to offer. Search Kemah Boardwalk to see what events are happening while you're in town!

Beach Access: El Jardin Beach is less than half of a mile away! If you’re bringing your boat— the Kemah Boardwalk Marina is within a short distance. Also, many sailing excursion companies in the area launch nearby.

Party Policy: NO parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

Pet Policy: Maximum of 2 pets are welcome in our home. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if you are planning on bringing your furry friend to Seabrook!

When you first arrive at the Seabrook Nook you will pull into a long driveway facing the beautiful blue house with a white picket fence and shutters– you’ll know right away you have arrived somewhere exceptional! Once inside you will find a comforting nook that acts as your private little library for story-time at night with the kiddos! You will also see our stylish leather couch that faces a flat screen tv and invites you to cuddle up for a movie night or an afternoon nap. The big and bright kitchen is equipped with free standing shelves, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a peninsula island that will seat the whole family!


Delightful Outdoor Spaces:

Outside through the French doors, a tropical Texas oasis awaits. The massive patio space has plenty of seating for everyone to spread out and relax. Sip your cup of morning coffee and listen to the birds, or share a bottle of wine at twilight. The fire pit makes an ideal gathering space for roasting gooey s’ mores after dinner, while the kids play on the playground nearby.

On the second floor you will find the master suite has a king-size bed with a 55” tv and an attached full bathroom with a standing shower and a beautiful bathtub. The second bedroom has a day bed with a trundle (2 twin mattresses), and the third bedroom has 2 bunk beds one that is full over full and the other is twin over twin.

Guests can access the entire home except for one owner’s closet which is locked to the right of the backdoor. Besides that, the rest of the house is yours to enjoy!

El Jardin is a residential neighborhood situated on the southeast side of Houston in Seabrook TX. Quiet and diverse the neighborhood offers great views of Galveston Bay. Kroger is 3.3 miles and Walmart is 5.9 miles away. While the house is not in the hustle and bustle of the big city, there are still the conveniences of shopping, entertainment, and restaurants all within 20 minutes of the house. El Jardin has beach access in the neighborhood and a convenience store at the entry of the neighborhood.

The neighborhood has easy access to Hwy 146 located only a few minutes from the house. Bring your car, catch an uber, or rent a car on Turo to get to your destination.

Access to shopping and grocery stores in Seabrook are within 10 minutes.

NASA's Space Center Houston is 8.8 miles
Houston's newest waterpark, The Great Wolf Lodge, will be 12 miles away in Webster, TX - Opens 8/29/24

Seabrook offers the convenience of many activities and places to visit, including: the Armand Bayou Nature Center, The San Jacinto Monument, Tanger Outlets Houston (outlet mall), restaurants, golf courses, water activities, and parks.

The house is approximately 30 miles from Downtown Houston which offers major attractions like the Houston Zoo, Houston Theater District, Children's Museum, Museum of Fine Arts, Houston Museum of Natural Science, the Houston Rodeo and Livestock Show and much more. Sports lovers will be glad to know we have every major team covered including the Houston Astros at Minute Maid Park, the Houston Texans at NRG Stadium, the Houston Rockets at the Toyota Center, and the Houston Dynamo at PNC Stadium.

Houston is home to the Texas Medical Center, the largest in the world!

Rental Agreement and Verification

Damage Waiver or Security Deposit
- Option 1: $299 Security Deposit fully refundable if the property remains undamaged. Please note that the refund might take up to 14 days, depending on your credit card company.
- Option 2: $50 Damage Waiver (non-refundable) covers the cost of any accidental loss or damage to the property, its contents, or caused by you, your guests, or accompanying pets, up to $100.

- Check-in at 4 pm, check-out at 10 am
- Early check-in and late check-out available for a fee (if approved). Options will be provided in your boarding pass
- Written approval required for late check-out
- Failure to vacate without approval results in fees outlined below

Parking Limit (Includes Driveway)
- Maximum of 3 cars. (Please do not park on the street)
- Proper parking required, no blocking driveways or mailboxes
- Improperly parked cars may be towed
- If the property you reserved is on a corner or by a fire hydrant, street parking is not allowed.

Disclosure of Cameras & Minut Noise Monitoring
- Cameras are located outside only. They cover front door, back door, sides of the home and driveways.
- Minut noise monitoring devices located inside & outside. These track the decibel level and do not record.
- For your privacy, there are no recording devices inside the home.

Pet Policy
- Prior written approval required for pets
- Due to owner allergies, cats are not allowed
- Pet fee of $49 per pet per stay.
- If pets are brought to the property and not approved, the fee is $100 per night per pet.
- RENTERS ASSUME ALL LIABILITY FOR PETS
- Do not allow your pets on the furniture.
- Pick up pet waste in the yard prior to checking-out

No Refunds Outside of Strict Policy
- Reservations made on the third-party travel sites follow the cancellation policy posted on the property listing.
- Reservations made directly are subject to the following policy:
-- Cancellation within 30 days of arrival results in the forfeiture of your entire payment.
-- Cancellations more than 31 days prior to the Arrival Date will receive a 50% refund of the total rental rate.
- No refunds due to COVID-19 related issues or closures.
- No refunds or compensation will be given for any failure of any appliances or amenity such as but not limited to HVAC systems, dishwashers, refrigerators, cable or satellite TV, internet access, televisions, or swimming pools. Property may experience service and utility outages; in such a case, notify BVR immediately.

Hidden gem in a sus neighborhood. The house had everything as advertised. Had a little moldy smell but probably because it's close to the beach. I appreciate that the house was fully stocked.
