Welcome to the luxurious townhouse minutes away from downtown Houston, East Riverside, Minute Maid Park, Toyota Center, UH, etc.

In the center of Houston, a charming, modern townhouse. Amazing restaurants, barbecue joints, cafes, bars, and so much more are only a few blocks away. Perfect for a work-from-home option, weekend vacation, business trip, staycation, or comfy home base while seeing everything that Houston has to offer!

*Please pardon our “dust”! (In a matter of speaking because our place is very clean ;)) We are continually making improvements to the home to make it as comfortable for you as possible!

This cozy but modern 3 story home boasts 3 bedrooms each with their own bathrooms on their own floor. So essentially every person (or couple) has their own floor!

First floor of the home has one bedroom with a queen size bed, attached bathroom, and doors that lead to the small outdoor area. You will also find the mudroom where you can store your belongings and shoes. Please no shoes in the home! It keeps the home and your feet as clean as possible. :)

On the second floor you will find the living room, kitchen, laundry room, and second bedroom. With lovely marble countertop, you will love spending time cooking here, if you decide to do so! Then cozy up in the comfortable living room where you can watch movies and shows on your new tv. Your bedroom on this floor has a queen bed and larger bathroom. An queen size air mattress is provided if you have 8 guests.

Third floor boasts your new “penthouse suite” for your stay. This is the only room on the third floor. The room has a king size bed, tv, large walk in closest, and attached bathroom with dual sinks. The shower in the bathroom also has two showers heads with plenty of room!

*Few things to note!

The living room and kitchen are on the second floor. You have to be able to climb stairs in order to get to the upper levels.

In order to access the garage, you might first go through the gate and front door. There will be clickers inside the home so you can access the garage more easily for the rest of your stay.

Keys in the lockbox are for the gate only! Keypad for front door, and clickers for the garage. You MUST return the keys in the lockbox and Harare clicker where you found them. If they are missing, it is a $50 penalty fee to replace.
Guest access
You have the whole home, but please be respectful of the surrounding area, as the homes are close together.
Other things to note
Please leave your shoes at the door! This helps keep the home (and your feet) as clean as possible. :)

No smoking in or around the property.
No parties or large events.
No excessive loud noises.
No illegal activities.
No pets.

Any violation of these rules will result in removal from property and a penalty fee of $500.
