This luxury unit is about a 37 min drive from IAH international airport. 5 min walk to NRG stadium. 10 min walk to the medical center. 10 min drive to downtown Houston. 12 min drive to the galleria shopping mall & tons of grocery stores & local shops that are walking distance from the unit. Enjoy a complementary coffee & tea bar & snacks upon arrival. We have now added the “ LUXURY-All INCLUSIVE” for all guest!!! The luxury all inclusive gives our guest the option to book a private chef or private driver during your stay. Get the full Luxury experience & let us accommodate all of your needs. If you need a round trip to & from the airport, a private driver for the day, or a home cooked meal prepared at your convenience in your home away from home we have you covered!! All guest are expected to treat our home with respect. If any of the rules are broken or the property is damaged, guest will be charged up to $1000 for damages.

Guest who host parties will have their reservation automatically cancelled w/ no refunds. No smoking in unit. Must use patio/balcony & keep balcony door shut so smoke does not enter the unit. If smoking in the house or there is any smell of smoke in the unit you will be charged up to $350.

Any additional guest not on reservation will not be permitted to stay overnight. If additional guest stay over night you will be charged $125 per person per night for each additional guest.

Please use make-up towels when washing off make-up or tanner. If make-up stain’s any towels, linens, or bedding you will be charged up to $350.

Missing keys or key fob $500 fee
Missing parking pass $50 fee

*The host is not responsible for any injury that may happen on the property!

Houston weekend
The unit was very clean, spacious, and well appointed. We chose this location due to the proximity to NRG stadium, a 20 minute walk. We experienced issues with the AC unit. the thermostat was not controlling the temperature to setpoint. As it was a weekend, there was no recourse via service call. Communication with the host could have been better working through this issue. We also had an issue with the key fob, but luckily was near the end of our stay. Our host refunded a portion of our payment in compensation. Our quartet enjoyed the unit, we would stay again.

The host provided detailed instructions, even a binder. As long as you can follow instructions, you will have a seamless stay. We will be booking with Chyna anytime we are in the Houston area.

Short vacation
The apartment was very well located close to NRG stadium. There are several steps to getting in and out of the property but free parking is great. We had a problem with the key fob battery dying and we almost didn’t get back in the night before we checked out. The shower in the master bathroom wasn’t very clean. Communication was good before the rental but we texted through the app to ask about the battery for the key fob and tell to communicate that we were checking out and never heard anything back. Otherwise a very good stay.

The property was as listed. It was clean and had what we needed for our short stay. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the location is central to our needs. My only issue was that the building is a bit confusing once inside, even with the instructions given at check-in.

I stayed at Chyna’s place for a quick girlfriend’s getaway. The unit is as pictured online. It is well stocked and clean. The check in and check out process was easy and seamless. The property location was convenient to a lot of attractions and downtown. Chyna was very responsive when communicating.

Perfect Spot for Weekend Activities
This was a great location for our plans this weekend at the NRG Stadium. We could have walked but chose yo drive since we have children. The apartment was VERY clean and having it be gated made it all the more better (I always worry about our safety when traveling). Check in and out were super easy, will stay again in the future!

We had a great birthday celebration weekend. The property was clean and comfortable. Since the property was close to the museum district, we were able to travel back and forth with ease. Great stay and visit to Houston
We needed a place close to Rice for my son's camp and this place was perfect. Communication with the host, Chyna, was impressily timely and she was so helpful. She was very appreciated. Tons to do within 10min drive: the Zoo, endless museums (Fine Art, Natural Science, Health, African American, Holocaust). Great pool, workout room and gameroom. Felt very safe and loved having the garage parking.
