Owner is on site daily and occupies the main part of the home. Please be respectful.

This apartment property is a private, fully renovated 560sf space with quality materials and thoughtful amenities, cute as a button and tons of storage. Lots of shared semi-private outdoor spaces to enjoy too - enjoy big Texas sky views by the furnished pool in the fenced back yard. Coffee at sunrise, a cocktail at sunset and everything in between. Firewood and a wood firepit out back, a charming outdoor patio with a gas table and glider out front, and a private little sitting area at your private digitally locked entryway.
Weekly private access to washer/dryer laundry (choose your day) for stays 7 days or longer. Kitchenette includes a half fridge with freezer, microwave, 9-function instant pot air fryer/counyertop oven, a coffee/tea/cocktail nook with nespresso machine and teas.

Off street parking on premise for one vehicle (street parking second vehicle) well lit all night dusk to dawn. Vehicle is visible from unit, 15 feet from unit private entry door.

Guests will have private access their apartment space: entry/sitting room, kitchenette, queen bedroom, private full bathroom, walk-in closet, outdoor sitting area at entrance. Private laundry room access for one day, on request for stays 7 days or longer.
Designated off-street parking for one vehicle (additional vehicle street parking).
Shared spaces include front patio and fire table, fenced backyard and pool, patios, pool furniture and floats, wood fire pit.
Other things to note
Weather and pool temps are swimmable from approx April through October. Although the pool is open all year, those are the months that I consider it comfortable.
