The space
The space of my unit is well thought out. While only 750 sf garage apartment, the apartment features a large newly renovated kitchen, inviting for any level cook. The space is highly efficient with a window AC/Heater. Kitchen is fully stocked with plates, bowls, coffee machine toaster and basic cooking pots/pans/oven safe casserole pans and more. I try to keep the rental stocked with fresh coffee grounds. Don't worry about storage space, the kitchen has ample cabinets, there are two long closets, and the bathroom has built ins. If you're visiting Houston to hang out indoors, or have plans to explore our wonderful city, you're sure to feel very at home here. I've stocked a few games in the dresser drawer for family fun. The living room features a 50” smart TV for your enjoyment. A baby gate is available upon request for small children or puppy dogs. Our shower is high pressure- great to cool off in after a long Houston summer day! For added security the unit is upstairs with one front door, and a locking security gate at the base of the stairs, ground floor.
Guest access
When you rent our space, you have full access to the grounds of the complex. The communal laundry room is only 20 steps from your door, the social courtyard which features: herb garden, seating area and fire pit is only 40 feet away for your convenience. Feel free to open a bottle of wine and sit out under the Magnolia and Oak trees looking onto famous North Boulevard.
