Totally unprepared for guests
It was interesting because when I checked in the property manager told me that they were unable to allow me to occupy the property. They also told me I was parked illegally on the property. After a period of time and after another property manager talked to the one who denied me access to the property they decided to allow me to occupy the property. After discussing parking and how to enter the property I entered the apartment to find it ineffectively cleaned. There were possibly dirty and unfolded sheets on the floor of the bedroom. The bed was unmade. There was no soap in the shower. The towels were dirty. I had to clean the sheets and towels and then make the bed. There was no laundry soap so I had to buy it. There was a missing light bulb in the closet so I bought a light. There were no cleaning implements in the kitchen, but there was cleaning soap there. I cleaned the apartment pretty well the first day and completed cleaning it the second day. The host indicated a free bottle of wine was available to me but in fact there was no bottle of wine. To sum up my experience it was like moving into a new place. I had to clean the apartment to make it more livable.Once cleaned it became a nice residence. I do however expect that the unit should have been fully cleaned and ready for guests rather than have me clean it. So for those reasons I decided I gave the unit a grade of 3 out of 5.

Great apartment - excellent amenities!
We stayed here right after hurricane Beryl, and Houston was reeling! Our apartment had power and internet- compared to many people in Houston. Excellent, convenient location and everything we needed!

Friends’ 50th Birthday and Bowl Game Trip
Clean and cozy with easy access from the parking garage or street. Cute little balcony if you like to sit outside. The bed was comfy and the Smart TVs were great. We felt safe and the communication from the property manager was fantastic. This area was close to all the things we wanted to do. Great shopping, good restaurants and very easy to get to many places without having to get into a bunch of traffic. 👍 A quick Uber ride to NRG as well. We’d come back!

Clean, great gated community.
Traveled here to take my daughter to a hospital for a clinical trial, parking was extremely convenient since the apartment was connected to the garage, she is wheelchair-bound, and we were able to park close and carry her to the door easily. Everything was so organized and clean. Communication was amazing.I messaged multiple places to see who would respond first and if the place was close, told myself whoever messaged first is who I’m booking and this place messaged quickly everytime! We have to come back in 3 months and def will book again if available. Although we didn’t drink it the complimentary wine is a nice gesture!

Property was not what was expected from the description on the website. Under-furnished, rough interior finish - no chest of drawers for clothes storage - a disappointment. However the management company was good and very responsive. With a few tweeks this place could be real nice.

Cute apartment with convenient location
The apartment was very cute with amenities to make an out of town stay more convenient. I didn't realize I was a bit early, to check in, but when I called they graciously opened the apartment for me. Just an fyi...the pool is okay, it was a bummer they did not have lounge chairs but that is not this owners fault.

OMG words cannot describe what an awesome place this is. It’s clean, smells wonderful as soon as you walk in, it was nice & cool coming in from that Houston heat!! The host was phenomenal, always responding to my messages, this was my first time using VRBO the check in process was smooth, I absolutely loved the security lock on the door, we felt safe & sound. The parking garage was well at night walking to your suite, the one thing I wish was they had was reserved parking for guest on the same level as the suite. But other than that I WILL be staying again next time I come to Houston!!!

Clean and Top Notch Customer Service
The condo was exceptionally clean which is a huge deal for me. Not knowing the area at all, the neighborhood was a little rough. I felt safe inside the property but wouldn’t necessarily want to go for a walk outside the complex. The management team was extremely responsive to anything we needed. Customer service was the best of anywhere I’ve ever stayed. Overall it was an excellent experience!
