House Rules
We are committed to providing a welcoming and comfortable stay for respectful guests who treat our home as if it were their own. Please review the following guidelines, designed to ensure a positive experience for everyone.
1. Parties and Events
Unauthorized parties or gatherings are strictly prohibited and will result in a $500 penalty, immediate cancellation of your reservation, and no refund.
Small gatherings (e.g., weddings or graduations) may be permitted with prior approval; please contact us beforehand. Unauthorized events will result in additional cleaning fees, and if neighbors are disrupted, guests may be asked to leave immediately.
2. Smoking
This is a smoke-free property. Violations will incur a $500 penalty.
3. Third-Party Bookings
Third-party bookings are not allowed. The reservation holder's ID and contact information must be verified with the host.
4. Guest Count and Verification
The number of guests on the reservation must include all individuals present, even if they aren’t staying overnight. Misrepresentation will result in immediate reservation cancellation and guests will be asked to vacate without refund.
5. Pets
Pets are welcome with prior notification at the time of booking. The breed must be disclosed for approval.
Pets are not allowed on furniture and must be kenneled when unsupervised. An extra $500 cleaning fee applies if these rules are not followed.
Clean up after your pet promptly, and pets must be accompanied by their owner at all times. There is a $25 per day, per pet fee.
6. Thermostat Settings
Please keep the thermostat between 70-75°F. A $50 penalty may apply if this is not adhered to.
7. Illegal Substances
Possession or use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited. Any suspicion will result in the authorities being notified, and guests will be asked to leave immediately.
8. Check-Out and Transitional Guest Agreement
As a transitional guest, you do not hold tenant rights. Failure to check out on time constitutes trespassing, and authorities may escort you from the property without an eviction process.
