The main living space of this multi-level home away from home is on the second floor, offering a spacious and bright open floor plan that is perfect for entertaining. Ample windows let in endless natural light. Choose a favorite series or movie on the smart TV with streaming services and get ready for an eventful evening at home. If there is something that would step your binge-watching session up a notch, it would be delicious homemade treats and snacks! Prepare them and so much more in the open kitchen, complete with modern stainless steel appliances that would make cooking a breeze. Coffee enthusiasts will love the Keurig coffee maker available.

On the first floor of the home, you will find one guest bedroom with a large smart TV and an en suite bathroom. The primary bedroom can be found on the third level, featuring a bright space, a huge smart TV, and a spacious en suite bath with a separate shower, a jetted tub, and double vanity. The upper level hosts a private balcony and another guest bedroom with an en suite bathroom.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
