Unit 06 is anything but ordinary. The studio is beautifully finished and offers guests an airy living space complete with a queen pull-out sofa bed that doubles as a comfortable resting area during the day in addition to an outdoor dining area. The modern kitchen features a minifridge, a microwave oven, and a stove top in addition to a coffeemaker and the living the space opens onto a covered patio, a great spot to watch the sun rising or setting. The king bed offers visitors a respite from busy days outside and the generous bathroom has plenty of counter space in addition to a large shower.

The star of this studio is its location. While it is not located directly on the lake, it is close enough to watch the water and enjoy the view. The rental is the quintessential lake vacation spot and guests can appreciate the surrounding nature from big windows and glass sliding doors.

The Hamilton community will quickly become a favorite vacation locale thanks to its friendly people and fantastic proximity to not only Lake Hamilton, but also various parks such as Hot Springs National Park and Garvan Woodland Gardens, both within 10 miles of the studio. Guests interested in past times that inspire a bit more adrenaline might find nearby Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort to be the perfect fit.

Please note - prior to booking there is 21 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Non-Pet Friendly Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 penalty fee.

We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries, and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.
