This bright studio overlooks the beautiful Lake Hamilton and is the perfect backdrop to a waterfront vacation retreat.

Unit 17 is an upper unit with two full beds best suited for a smaller party. The living room offers a comfortable sofa that can potentially double as an additional sleeping spot as well as a flatscreen TV. The four-seat dining area is located nearby, directly in front of glass sliders that give guests a stunning view of the lake. The kitchen is small but practical and provides visitors with everything they need such as a coffeemaker, a cooktop, and a microwave.

Guests can enjoy the best views of Lake Hamilton from inside the studio on its private patio or head down to the community’s boat dock for a day on the water. From spending a day on the water to hosting a cookout in the community pavilion, or fishing straight off the dock, there’s plenty to do right at home.

When visitors are ready for a change of pace, they will be well situated to explore. The unit is a short drive away from Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort, Hot Springs National Park, and Garvan Woodland Gardens, among other attractions.

Please note - prior to booking there is 21 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Non-Pet Friendly Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 penalty fee.

We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries, and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.

Instead of security deposits and booking fees, each booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners.
