"Quiet location close to downtown Ithaca. "

"My girlfriend and I had a great glamping experience hosted by Dave and his wife. Not only was Dave incredibly attentive during our stay but also gave us recommendations on where to explore around the town and hikes near by. The cabin was equipped with cooking material and wood for the fire (which we really enioyed). For anyone looking for sometime to disconnect and enjoy with a loved one - We recommend this cabin for you!"

"It was all we hoped it would be. Comfortable bedsAll you need in that kitchen We’re from the south and it was a winter visit. I was afraid of being cold but we didn’t have to adjust the heat at all it was perfect the entire time. Thank you for letting us stay.,Well done!"

"Pet friendly weekend get away. Our dog loved the fenced in backyard. This cottage was perfect. It was close to restauraunts, wineries, and breweries. Some hiking trails within 30 minutes that our dog loved as well. Such as the Finger Lakes National Forest. It had all items for cooking a meal at home too. Cleanest vacation rental we have ever stayed in!!! Thank you for a wonderful stay. "

The view was stunning and the doc was a great place to see the lake and look at the starts. This location is great to be able to explore around Seneca and Keuka lakes. "

"Thank you Dave and JoAnne for sharing beautiful property with us! It was peaceful, beautiful view, the cabin was clean and cozy, and so many little details and thought you put into things did not go unnoticed! You were responsive when we needed you, and so very friendly! Thank you again for a much needed getaway for my husband, our pup, and me ☺️"

"My family and I stayed the night before and after a concert at the state theatre. It was very comfortable and warm on a couple snowy, cold days"

"The house was roomy, beds comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed for an overnighter. Really nice place for the price. If you are a neat freak, it may not be perfect for you, but acceptable. The cleaner just forgot to empty the coffee pot and check the dishwasher. A couple items needed to go through again.. Hey, it happens. Loved the neighborhood. We would go again."

"Great location and price Very clean already hope to rent again"

"Nice place on the lake, very quiet and private, everything is included in the rental, nothing really to bring (except keurig coffee pods) Plenty of room we had a family of 8 including small children. The kitchen was a bit crowded, the furniture the house is on the older side. But overall nice place to rent. We would recommend. Thank you for your hospitality. "

"The yurt was exactly as advertised. We enjoyed the wood burning stove almost every night, played lots of puzzles and games, and enjoyed sightseeing in the area. We would have enjoyed getting to know the sheep and chickens a little (we were visited regularly by two handsome black kitties), but alas we couldn't find a time. Next time!"

"My first time in this area and I hope not our last. The house was as advertised and a perfect location. With the lake access this house would be absolutely perfect in the summer. The road access was a little challenging but manageable "

"The entryway from Westinghouse Road needs to be lit up. The front desk was awesome and very accommodating to some changes we asked for. (9:00pm). The breakfast needs to be ramped up just a little bit more. Maybe some scrambled eggs, bacon possibly some potato dish."
