"The front desk person didnt answer the phone, i walked to the desk and he was ignoring the phone and playing on his phone. When i walked into the lobby, there was a woman in the lobby waiting to be helped, the front desk person was just out of sight playing on his phone ignoring her. I walked into the gift shop and could see him sitting there ignoring her. Only after i saw him sitting there did he respond to us.when i confronted him, he says he was working on his website."

"The staff is so kind and very responsive. They actually seem to care about your stay and how youre doing. The room wasnt exactly clean (blonde hairs on furniture and floors and crumbs/dirt in corners), but for the price and location, that's not a deal breaker. The bed is worn in. If I could change anything, it would be a newer/firmer mattress and better pillows. But again, the staff, location, and price all make up for it!"

"My wife and I tried the WaterWalk hotel as it was in close proximity to the UofA Basketball game. Hotel was very presentable, clean and new. We liked the decor. Room was very comfortable & new. There are lots of close things like Whataburger, QT, Walmart and a great Chinese Buffet across the street. We did have an electric outlet issue where the TV was on the same circuit as the light. We called maintenance and they fixed it. I would stay here again but were aware of the noise...

"this property was absolutely beautiful and solo trip friendly. the Mountain View room was stunning, the staff were extremely kind, and the food was phenomenal. the area was quiet and peaceful. the spa was incredible and decently priced. the cost of the stay itself was a little pricey with the resort fees, but it is what it is. "
