"The host was great with communication and she even purchased a highchair for my 12 month grandchild. The home is new construction and very comfortable. It was nice having my adult children and their families under one roof during our family's loss. Stars 🌟 all around for this gem. "

"This was a great place for our girl's weekend. The weather cooperated and we were able to enjoy the pool, sit on the front porch with an evening cocktail, and because of the quiet neighborhood we were able to sleep in! It was just what we needed and wanted. "

"The house is completely warm and inviting clean and beautiful. The property is well-maintained and we sat by the fire pit down by the creek played with Willow the dog. Everything was just wonderful and perfect! "

"Had a nice stay. The house was as described. Just a note that there are steps to each bedroom. If you have someone in your party that cannot do stairs that could be an issue. The house had a great view and the outside deck was amazing. Plenty of parking for our group."

"Conditions were excellent. Location was great with easy access to Downtown Dyersville and very close to the Heritage Trail. Really liked the security and the interior facilities were new and clean. I really was impressed with the EV charging station, We are seasoned VRBO travelers, so we are providing a few minor suggestions: should have had Kleenex boxes available in several rooms. A clock in the bedroom and bathroom would have been a plus. A daily counter cleaning product below the sink...

"Very unique. We loved it. Beautifully restored. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom had nice touches and supplies. We loved the individual soaps. Easy to walk to restaurants. The coffee shop below has great cupcakes. Nothing but good things to say about this place. It was such a nice experience, different than your typical vrbo."

"Nice, older well maintained property. Everything is within walking distance for restaurants/shopping/etc. We all had our own rooms and the washer/dryer were a great feature to use. We went to field of dreams and tractor museum. Great weekend get away with family! Thank you! "

"My stay was fine. The accommodations met my needs and I felt the rate was a decent value. My only complaints were very limited choices for breakfast, namely no protein options. Even some yogurt or boiled eggs would make a big difference. The other complaint was that the man who checked me in could not speak English. "The property was good for this class of hotel. There is a noticeable odor in the town related to it's agricultural industry. In the hotel, not noticable, but outside quite strong. Typical for a town like this, if you are overly sensitive to odors, be advised."
