A lot of fishing off that boat dock and searching for manatees. We were very exciting when we saw a couple of manatees! Love Placencia and Sunset Pointe!"

"This listings pictures have to be from like 10 years ago as the building has seen better days. I have updated ones but there is now way to upload. The place itself was ok. Really limited in dishes and silverware. The washer and dryer is so close to the toilet that if you are elderly or a bit huskier you may not be able to use it. "The townhouse was very nice. I guess we missed in the description that you could only go by pontoon to town as this is on an island. Also, make sure you tell your taxi driver to take Sunset Point Road - we don't know where the name Manatee came into place and our taxi wanted to take us to the Manatee Inn which is not the right place."
