Indulge in a truly special getaway to Hood River and relax in style at this gorgeous condo boasting sweeping views of the Columbia River and Mount Adams. You won't have any trouble spreading out and slipping into vacation mode with the open-concept layout and spacious patio offering ample places to lounge with a cup of coffee or evening glass of wine. Come summer, the private gas grill will come in handy for cookouts in the fresh air. More formal meals can easily be whipped up in the full kitchen and everyone will love gathering at the dining area to reminisce about the fun that was had that day. The kids won't be bored either, as there is an Xbox gaming system, free WiFi, and TV.

The main bedroom has a balcony with a king-size bed, a TV with Blue Ray, a walk-in closet with a robe, a large bathroom with an oversized tub, and a walk-in glass shower. The second upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and shares a full bath with the living room. The lower bedrooms share a full bath and have views. One has a queen bed and the other lower bedroom has a bunk bed.

Perched less than a mile from downtown, there will be no delay in experiencing the best of this beautiful area. With everything from adorable cafes and boutiques to tasty restaurants and breweries, this town will have something for everyone to enjoy. Plus, the natural beauty of the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area will blow you away with raging waterfalls and green foliage. Not to mention, a day trip to Mount Hood can be a blast for the hikers and outdoorsy guests in the group just 22 miles away!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful house, great view!
This was a clean property with a great layout. It also has a cute little balcony with a great view. To get to it, it looks like you’re turning into a storage unit parking lot but then you pass everything on your right and head up the hill! It’s a very short drive to downtown and a lot of the other great things that Hood River has to offer.

Just about perfect
Great place for two couples wine tasting, pub hopping, dining, and sight seeing. Beds were comfy and kitchen well stocked. Bathroom towels fluffy and all amenities included. A very quiet area above a Safeway with a million dollar view of Mt Adams. We could not have been happier.

Comfy, clean, equipped.
This house perfectly met our needs was beautiful and had everything you would want as far as kitchen utensils, fans, space heaters, toiletries, trash bags, laundry and dish soap. Felt like we had everything we needed and more. Would love to stay there again. Only thing that would make it even better is a hot tub, but they would just be the cherry on top.

We all enjoyed staying here to get together from our different homes in Oregon, Washington and Brazil! When we reported some light bulbs out, Beverly took care of that. We would stay here again.

Great location but sheets were dirty
This is a beautiful space. We liked our experience overall but there was some concerns for cleanliness and with the chunk of money asked to pay for cleaning I expected more. My white sheets had short black dog hairs and long dark black hairs in the master, I immediately text my other team mates after this discovery, both queens also found the same type of hairs, but I was not able to examine the bunk beds. The main living room rug was covered in hair and debris could use a wash (we played a game on the floor). The master toilet had a ring and could have used another wipe down behind the lid. The roof had snow and ice that melted and dripped into the hot tub making only one side comfortably usable would do well to be moved a foot away. Sheets and bathrooms are always the most important appeared maybe the house cleaner took them home and washed with her dog hair covered laundry is my guess.

Nice spot with some quirks/areas for improvement
This is a nice condo in a quiet spot and with a fabulous view of Mt. Adams. We found that many of the dishes were still dirty (lipstick on wineglasses) and didn’t need the big high chair sitting in the living/dining room given we were all 18+. There was an ant problem in the downstairs bathroom, too. We enjoyed our stay but would like to see the owners/managers attend better to cleanliness issues.

Top floor mbr and other bedroom great. Lower level two bedrooms basement. Clean but worn . Great view from top level mbr and living area. Other rooms are close to entry level . Hood river is magnificently beautiful yet the valley position echos noise from trucks and cars . Kitchen big and open. Some Furnishings can use a refresh and replacement . All in all, the view and location for driving to activities was nice. Not walkable to town. Hot tub was nice to use . Vacasa was very responsive.

Wonderful Stay!
There were seven of us staying to celebrate my mom’s 60th birthday. It was incredibly comfortable. Having three bathrooms was wonderful and the long dining room table allowed us all to sit together to eat and play games. Check in and check out was super easy. Driving to wineries took minutes and you can easily walk to downtown. We would stay here again!

Girl's Weekend
We really enjoyed our stay at Hood River. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for us. We loved the hot tub and using the BBQ. The home was neat and tidy. The views were breathtaking! This home would likely work well for a young family with kids or a weekend away with family/friends/couples. Parking outside was easy and not an issue and the neighborhood was quiet and friendly. The home location was perfect for walking to the store, to grab a coffee or a bite to eat. I highly recommend this home and I look forward to booking it again in the future!

The views!!!!!!!
This place had the most amazing views paired with a gorgeous weekend, it just couldn't be best. The beds weren't the most comfy but I'd still stay again. The house was dirty though. Downstairs carpets are stained, we found HUGE bugs inside the condo (one crawled across the bathroom floor when we first walked in)! Cobwebs all around. The windowsill in the stairwell had pine needles and dirt in it. Even with that though we would stay again because it was a great space, good location, AMAZING view and a really good price for the area.
