"We loved staying here! It exceeded our expectations! Is small, but super cozy, and has everything you need to be comfortable. Loved the TV right above the foot of the bed, the firepit, waking up to the cute sounds of chickens softly clucking… was just so relaxing being there, and we are already talking about coming back sometime!Thank-you for a wonderful stay!"

"We throughly enjoyed our stay. Home was perfectly laid out and comfortable. Plenty of room inside and out. Beds are comfortable and furniture is too. We had a family dinner in the outside sunroom. Grilled in the back area and had a few small fires in the fire pit. We would definitely stay again. Very relaxing!"

"Good location. A bit of road noise at night, but not unbearable. The house was clean and plenty of room for our family of 7. Kitchen is stocked with basic items. The washing machine was broken when we got there but the host was quick to respond and had the situation resolved within 48 hours."

"It was very clean and simple. I have family in town so we just needed a place to leave our stuff in a safe place and sleep so this was very convenient. It's not lived in so there is no spices or condiments if your staying to cook or any cleaning tools to pick up after self (which I like to do), but it was not a big deal for us. Very nice and quiet area and near a police station and fire station but not once did we hear sirens. We will keep this place in mind next time we are in town."

"Our stay was great, the level of detail in the renovations as well as the extra efforts taken to provide comfort and experience were very evident. The linens were high quality and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook. I had to communicate more than most VRBO stays due to some logistical changes and Wayne was very accommodating and responsive. Historic Sanford is very charming with plenty to do within walking distance. The entire family was happy, I highly recommend this rental!"

"We booked this home four our very small, private wedding reception and it was just perfect. The house was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The dining table sat 10 people which was a deciding factor for me when booking. We needed enough seats for our guests to enjoy a lunch after our elopement style wedding. My only regret is we were so busy with the wedding we did not get much time to enjoy the hot tub which overlooked the lake. "
