My place is close to Only one block from Waikiki Beach, with great views from the Waikiki Grand Hotel - Suite 312 is a sort after listing book early to avoid losing your preferred dates, Affordable and close to everything - great balcony for watching Diamond Head, the Ocean and Honolulu Zoo Park. Location, Location, Location!

Please Note: This unit is directly above Hula's Bar and Lei stand. Though every effort is made by the bar to contain their noise level. This may not be the quietest unit in the building. Thus it's awesome price Thank-you

Don’t Say You Haven’t Been Warned
We’ve been using VRBO and Other platform for about 6-7 years now. We travel about 3-4 times a year and usually book through these websites, because we always travel with bigger parties. So it’s safe to say we’ve seen our fair share of properties we rented. The check in was easy, the resort fees were as expected, parking downstairs, for a fee of course and then we went to the room. Right after we opened the door, we’ve got hit with a smell of stale humidity, mixed with a plug in air freshener. And then the rest: the air conditioning does not work, so there’s a fan sitting on the table, room temperature was around 78 degrees, over 80 during day time and we had to keep the blinds closed throughout the day, so it wouldn’t get any hotter, blinds were very dirty, dusty and ripped in some places, cabinets dirty, ceilings dirty, water barely runs out of the sink, bathroom lights are different sizes and have a thick layer of dust, I only wish I could post a photo of the air vent, it had so much dirt/dust stuck to it, it seemed the air had hard time getting out, all fixtures are rusty, floor tiles cracked and some had holes in it, after you take a shower the water sits on the floor for about 30 mins until it drains, there’s a man made closet behind the door and it’s all filled with dust and a couple of paint cans(maybe you need to paint the room yourself if you don’t like it?!), balcony has 2 old chairs, a rug that’s soaked in water and literally rotting. STAY AWAY FROM THIS RENTAL!!!

Had a wonderful time!
Easy check in process, we paid for parking in the very small lot and was happy to see that there was always something available for us which made coming and going very easy! Perfect location, very close to shops, beach and restaurants. The place was clean and it was nice having a little kitchen area to store food. The first night was noisy from the bar downstairs but wasn’t bad after that and it was as advertised and priced accordingly. Thank you! We enjoyed our stay!

Disappointed
This unit is old and not kept up very well. Tile floor is pitted and cracked in places, drywall is unfinished where some work has obviously been done. Kitchen sink water barely trickles, coffee table is broken in several places and the shower has no place to put your shampoo and soap. Very disappointed to say the least.

Aloha!! We were very please with the location as it was close to everything. The mattress was very comfortable and slept wonderful, the bed frame was a bit noisy but not the end all! The shower was great, hot water immediately for showers! Plenty of linens and bath towels and all! We used the beach chairs every night to watch the sunset on Waikiki! The rooftop was amazing for the sunrise and views of Diamond Head and the beach. The ABC store was next door and on almost every block for all your basic essentials! Our checked bag was mainly food as we cooked many times during our stay. We used the trolley with a 7-day pass that took us to our tours we booked. We sent a message to Mark & staff asking for a couple items and we picked them up at the front desk the same day! We did a lot of research before our trip and believe we picked the perfect spot!! We would recommend this to anyone! MAHALO!!

Best place in Honolulu/Waikiki
Perfect location with views of ocean, Diamond Head, and park across the street. We did not have a vehicle, but were close to public transportation stops, and were within easy walking distance of restaurants and downtown shops.

Great location at a low low price. Good set up. But think about it - such a low price needs you to compromise. There’s a little night time noise from the street / bar below but we wore ourselves out and slept just fine. Also the balcony needs a good scrub. Overall we loved it though.

Beautiful unit unfortunate timing
We actually did not get to stay in the unit we booked at grand hotel, which is above a fun LGBTQ bar “Hulas” that we looked forward to. We were double booked and due to getting in at 11pm, the situation had my friends and i outside until 1am wondering where we were going to stay. We were very appreciative of the hotel staff since they found a solution while we couldn’t get a hold of the host, it was late, oh well. We got a well deserved discount that we had to barter for. It’s unfortunate that the double booking situation took the whole half of our first day as we had a lot of morning plans. The unit we were moved to was beautiful and close to everything so perfect. We were the first guests to stay there. Wifi went dead on the 2nd day. The area was perfect, people are lovely and hotel staff amazing. Host didn’t communicate we were staying at the new unit so staff stopped by early to check who was staying here, since they had a couple break ins, so that was fun. the unit is around quite a few homeless people, but not disruptive or anything. overall great stay and recommend but maybe dont book through 3rd party app.

Great value with a very good location
We enjoyed out stay at the Waikiki Grand Hotel! We loved the location being at the edge of busy Waikiki Beach and having Diamondhead, the zoo, park and ocean as our view. Check in and out was super easy and the Waikiki Grand hotel staff were professional and friendly. Having laundry facilities available in the basement was a huge plus. I would recommend that the sleeper sofa be replaced as it looks dingy and the material is not ideal for a weekly rental. The noise from the street and Hula's down below us took a night to adjust to from home. We brought a white noise sound machine which was helpful.

Amazing location
Needs a deep clean. From windows to the showers to the floor to the balcony. Other than that it’s an amazing little spot. Has everything you need and the staff is really nice. The parking is the best! Book in advance! Loved our stay overall.

Mixed Feelings
I hate to give "conflicted" reviews. There were good things about this property (mostly the location- (loved not being in the heart of the city)), loved having ocean-view, greenspace-view (the zoo was across the street), the roof-top deck and views were astounding. But the room was a great disappointment. The floor was fairly nasty (I am sure there was dirt or God knows what stuck on it in places) and it grossed me out. I did not want to spend any time in the room as it felt claustrophobic, partially because the lanai sliding doors were shielded by the bed. The lanai area was also very dirty and cluttered with beach gear. It was just not somewhere you wanted to spend any time on (the lanai)(or the room, for that matter). The couch was also a micro-suede material which gets scummy over-time and should be replaced. The curtains next to it were difficult to open because the sofa arm interfered with it. These are all things that easily could be improved to make this a 5-star stay. I would recommend that the furniture to be re-positioned (such as the bed in front of the window, the glass table between the kitchen and the patio doors, the armoire on the right wall and the sofa in the middle of the room facing it. That way i think the space would be more inviting. Learning on the last day that the windows actually slid all the way open opening up the room was a good find, too late. And one last suggestion. A Keurig would be a huge help for guests who drink different coffees.

Schönes Appartment, gute Lage, kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, kurzer Weg zum Strand von Waikiki- mittendrin im quirrliegen Leben von Waikiki. Die Musik der Bar unter dem Appartment hat uns nicht gestört-eher der Lieferverkehr am Morgen.Schöner Blick ins Grüne auf den Zoo und zum Strand. Die Dachterrasse blickt zum Diamond Head (Sonnenaufgang) und Richtung Strand/Meer. Nur die Ausstattung der Kitchenette war sehr dürftig. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden es wieder buchen. Gute Kommunikation mit dem Inhaber.

部屋が素晴らしい
今までグランドホテルを3回利用したが、一番素晴らしかった。部屋も広くスーツケースを2つ広げても問題なく作業が出来た。部屋も綺麗でとても過ごしやすかった。大きなダイニングテーブルがあって食事をするのも余裕があった。ソファーと小さいテーブルがあってくつろげた。今後の改善点としては、もう少し大きい冷蔵庫が欲しかった。ソファーはもう少し綺麗な物が良かった。ベットはスプリングの音がギシギシ言っていたのでもう少しグレードの高いベットが良かった。シャワーのお湯の出方はイマイチ。ダイニングの水の出は悪かった。 部屋でクーラーが止まった時連絡してからの対応がめちゃくちゃ早く日本より素晴らしかった。コンセントは他より多く充電等には助かった。土曜日曜は2階のお店が少しうるさかった。ラナイは広くとてもくつろげた。また是非利用したい。

Tiny w/ a great location!
I really enjoyed my stay. The place was small and cozy, probably a little too small. There were two adults a 14 & 9 yr old (just to give you a visual). It was frustrating trying to get around in the place because how small. I’d say it’s more for just two people. To get into the place, we had to enter a pin at the door but a couple times it wasn’t taking out pin and we were locked out for a couple mins. We just continued to put the pin in and eventually it worked. That was a bit frustrating too. The bed we slept on was squeaky and didn’t feel too stable but overall the place was clean, when we had questions, they were answered. The balcony area was an amazing view of the sky and the ocean. If you went up to the 10th floor that was an open space where you can watch the sunrise and the sunset which was beautiful. If you need to do laundry, they sell laundry pods downstairs at the desk but the lady was nice enough to give us a couple for free. The parking was difficult to find, be ready to walk. Other than that, the location was PERFECT. Literally across the street from the Honolulu Zoo and beach which my kids really loved because they visited the beach everyday we were there. Downstairs is a close by ABC store and Starbucks. There was a Hamburger spot connected, a bit pricey but the food was amazing. Around the corner walking distance was a lot of places to eat at and different stores that carried things like beach stuff, clothes, souvenirs, etc…Overall, I’d stay again. 🙂

Emplacement parfait pour la plage
Séjour des plus agréable, situation parfaite pour la plage et restaurants, ainsi que pour le magasinage. Stationnement disponible sur place. Le seul désagrément la climatisation sur le balcon trop bruyante, probleme de moteur de ventilation, roulement a bille défectueux, parole de technicien frigoriste.... Merci de merveilleuse vacances.

Best Spot to Stay
This was an absolutely wonderful place to stay. It was near everything I was looking for and extremely family friendly. I can’t wait to come back and visit. We will again use this location. Great value and amazing location
The listing was very accurate. Yes the bar downstairs is loud but we came prepare with earplugs and slept fine. The view is incredible! Diamond Head and the beach from the lanai. Communication was good and everything went smoothly. If there was 1 thing I would change it would be the bed frame. The matress is comfortable BUT the bed frame squeaked and groaned everytime you move. Changing out to a frame that is not metal would make a huge difference. Also it could use some more dishes. 1 bowl only. We ended up using a plastic lid from an ABC meal for another bowl. But it was a great room in a beautiful area and we loved staying there.
