Parking:
There is a gated parking garage at a daily rate of $45 (Cash Only). If you'd like to save parking fee, you may take the shuttle from the airport and rent vehicles from 808 Smart Car Rentals downstairs and avail their $20 flat rate parking fee per day. They offer a quick and easy rental process. Feel free to check their website for updates and more details.
Check Out Cleaning:
The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning with sanitization of the unit; professional laundry of linens and towels and restocking of amenities after each departure.
There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.
Linens and towels:
We provide one set of towels (bath towel, beach towel, wash towel, and hand towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet and a quilt.
Airbnb Cancellation Policy:
- To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, you’ll be paid 50% for all nights. If they cancel after that, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights
- We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that reimburses for prepaid, non-refundable expenses that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances that could jeopardize your vacation investment and would otherwise incur unplanned expenses as well.

**The building follows a regular schedule of water shutdown every 2nd Tuesday of the month to give way for some minor repair and maintenance of the entire building's water system. The said activity happens between 11am-3pm.
If you want to cancel this booking, please note that we follow Airbnb's Strict cancellation policy. Also, we are unable to fulfill requests to shorten trip duration. Guests are responsible for any shipping or transportation costs associated with the return of lost items. Items left unclaimed for a period of 30 days will be subject to disposal or donation, and we will not be held responsible for such actions.
