"Our overall experience with the house as well as Carolina was nothing short of amazing. The house is located in a gated like community. We never did not feel safe. A security guard checks you in each time you come into the neighborhood to ensure no strangers are coming in. We got to the house and our breath was taken away. Only the bedrooms had A/C which was fine for sleeping, but during the evenings when we wanted to cook and sit to have dinner or spend family time together, we were incredibly hot and uncomfortable so everyone went to their rooms and we didn't have the quality time together that we had hoped for. The pool was perfect for everyone, air conditioning worked a little too well for me (burrr), security was always on staff (not that we have ever felt like we needed it) and the grounds keeper was always available during the day."

"Nancy and Phil are wonderful hosts and it was a pleasure waking up to the view of the Caribe point bay and watching the sunset. The pool was unexpectedly warm and refreshing as it's a salt water pool. It's a great place to relax watching Nancy's flowers grow and Edgar the chameleon coming to visit (and eat food out of Phil's hand). My wife and I would enjoy staying there again."
