"We chose to stay mid island for the past few nights of our trip so we could experience more local culture in the middle and East End. We had no problem locating the house. We asked for directions a few times and everyone was very helpful. We chose this accommodation due to its views and proximity to a swimming beach. Upon arriving we noticed the construction of new homes is blocking the views to the sea from the main floor. You can still see the ocean from the upstairs bedroom decks, however....

"I stayed here with my husband and my 1.5 yo. It was a great place to stay with little kids, there was a large kitchen, laundry facilities, and a nice pool. We enjoyed the space. The location is a 10 minute walk from Half Moon Bay, and it is a bit hilly - which can be a struggle with a stroller or someone with mobility issues. The road is mostly not paved, and quite deteriorated as some points (very large potholes, broken up concrete making up the road). The general area surrounding this rental...

"We loved our stay. We wanted to be outside of the West Bay/West End chaos but close enough if we wanted to visit - and this location was ideal. We could go grocery shopping in Coxen Hole 10 minutes away and West End 15 minutes away. Having a home literally on the beach was such a delight. The home and furnishings were in great condition. "Great place. Quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed the view all day. The property was well equipped with everything you need to cook. Grocery store was close by. We would stay here again."
