Escape to the Homosassa Villa, a luxurious and stunning vacation rental located along the serene Homosassa River in Florida. With a beautifully designed interior, stunning river views, and easy access to nearby attractions, this villa offers the perfect vacation destination for families, couples, or groups of friends. The villa has a spacious porch with BBQ.
Enjoy the river, bring your boat or kayak, or rent one nearby, and create memorable moments. The house is just a minute away from the board walk, river access and amazing views. (The villa itself is not water front)

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with beautiful countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the necessary cookware and dishware for preparing meals. Enjoy your meals in the formal dining area or take advantage of the outdoor dining area on the spacious porch, which includes a BBQ grill and seating for six.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, while the other two have a queen-sized bed and twin beds, plus one under bed. All three bedrooms have high-quality linens and plush bedding for a restful night's sleep.

The living room is the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring. Relax on the comfortable sofa and watch your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV with cable and streaming capabilities. The villa also has high-speed internet, perfect for staying connected while on vacation.

Long weekend
It is hard to rate this property as we were unable to stay. There were several steps into the property not conducive for elderly with dogs that need to go out regularly House looked amazing but no views owner was very helpful.

Beautiful Home, New Host
The property was very nice - exactly as pictured. The house was clean and decorated very nicely. Host was very responsive but we did experience a few issues. Apparently the modem/router wasn’t working, so we didn’t have internet for 2/3 of the trip. One of the toilets didn’t flush properly so we really had to use just one bathroom. And the lights and fans in two of the bedrooms seemed to be linked to each other, and possibly on timers, so we weren’t able to sleep through the night without disruption. We reported all issues to the host as they were discovered, and though very friendly and responsive, only the WIFI issue was resolved during our stay. This will be a great rental property eventually, once these kinks are ironed out.

Beautiful home, extremely clean and nicely decorated, everyone who walked through the door said “This place is so nice!” Boat slip was very close by, our host Ricardo set everything up for us beforehand. We throughly enjoyed our trip, definitely plan on staying here again!

This property was accurately advertised. The owner has outstanding communication. Providing the address a couple of days before our arrival also provided us with the access code to the gate and a simple access code for the front door making for a seamless smooth arrival. The home was immaculate and clean. Lots of bright natural light and tastefully furnished. You could see the thoughtful attention to details throughout this property. You can tell the owner takes pride in their property and it shows. Excellent location for us to meet our boat captain at MacRaes and the quaint area of Homosassa. We come every year to scallop this was our 8th. I would absolutely book this property again.

Elegant and functional
The entire house is nice and spacious, and it is beautifully decorated. The kitchen and bathrooms are fully stored with everything and anything you might need for the stay. I would say that it is the best house I have rented in all the years I have used this website. Thank you for being such perfect hosts.

Beautiful home with a superior location
The property owner could not have been nicer, he let us drop our bags early before we went to Homosassa Springs, which is about a mile up the road. The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated. Well appointed kitchen, very comfortable beds with soft bedding. Theres a nice spot at the end of the dock for sunsets. We were there for a scalloping trip. Gulf Spring Livin' Homosassa was a about 5 minutes away, if anyone is looking for a good captain. We loved our day on the water! Plenty of restaurants and bars near and Publix is also very close. We plan on staying again in the Fall!

Weekend Trip
We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home in Homosassa. We were here for the weekend for a fishing tournament, the weather didn’t cooperate but the house made up for it. Very clean, well stocked and comfortable. The house is fresh and modern yet comfortable. Would highly recommend, the opener was super great as well!!!

Absolutely lovely property
We LOVED our time at this property. My kids caught all kinds of fish and stingrays off the docks and three dolphins surfaced five feet in front of us as we were fishing from the dock. We had the pool to ourselves multiple times. The house is brand new and well built and tastefully decorated. It made me want to buy one of the villas being built and stay there forever. The owner was readily available with a solution when I had to reach out to him with a question. Can’t wait to return. Thank You so much for a lovely getaway!

Spotless brand new home was perfect for our family of four. Great location for Homossassa attractions and close to Crystal River. We had a great time meeting people at the pool and fishing off the docks as well as renting a pontoon from across the river. Comfortable memory foam mattresses and nice rain heads in both showers. Great value for sure! Super responsive host quickly responded to the couple of questions we had.
