"The carpet had multiple stains in three bedrooms and the upstairs hallway. The pool house had a dirty floor and an iron stained pool. If I had gone in the pool I would have brought dirt in from the previous people."

"EVERYTHING as described and more. Place was so clean you'd of thought we were the first guests. Hosts were very accessible via text during our stay. The construction of this tree house is amazing and detailed. The ability to sit at a fire even during rain was a plus and complete with barn owls calling in the distance at night. Minutes away from a small town with a great breakfast diner, but completely secluded in the woods. We just can't say enough about how cool this place is."

"The property was in a great location - if it were only warmer and/or our dogs weren't with us we would have ventured down to the lake (short walk). Despite the extreme cold, the home kept us very warm, and the hot tub and fireplace were a nice bonus. We did have some issues with operating the TV and jacuzzi, but Susan and her husband were available and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!"

"We all had a wonderful stay at the home across a long weekend. The host was very responsive and helpful with any questions. The kitchen has plenty of space for many people to cook. Living room comfortably fit 12-18 people and the temperature was comfortable.Only thing to note was the piano was fairly out of tune and the trundle pull out was a bit dirty but otherwise everything was clean."

"Our family of five had another place booked for a ski trip to Greek Peak, and that reservation fell through the day before our trip, due to a problem at the house. After scrambling through VRBO, we found this house and were able to book it last minute. What luck that turned out to be! The house is warm and inviting, really well furnished and stocked, couches and beds both super comfy, and the fireplace completes the vibe. The back porch overlooks Song Lake, which is as beautiful as its name....

And to top it off Heather was a joy to deal with. Our schedule caused us to make multiple booking changes, and she had no issue with accommodating us. This is now our go-to in Syracuse. "
