"A tucked in the hill quiet and quaint location. Pretty much a place above the garage next to the main house that sat empty but we enjoyed using the deck for morning sunshine and a stunning view. "

"My husband just passed away and i decided to taje a trip to alaska to help with the grieving process. I was able to take a friend with me too. However, day 1 of traveling I got incredibly sick with the flu and ended up not able to do much. I was still sick with the flu when we had to travel home. "

"While there’s no tv, you won’t need on with views like these!! It looks like it was remodeled yesterday, comfortable king bed upstairs and another for kids on the floor. There is a baby gate too so we used that since our daughter isn’t quite 3 yet, in case she woke in the night without us hearing. However, there’s also a pull out couch on the main level. We also saw a cow and calf that came all the way up to the deck! It was an incredible stay!! "

"My Mom, Sister and Sister-In-Law all came down from Kenai and stayed at the Bungalow for 2 nights. We were immediately captivated by the beautifully preserved history and charm of the home. The owners did such a beautiful job. We wanted to know more about the history and we had immediate responses from the hosts. Very clean and cozy home, we will definitely be back!"

"Our place was amazing! We were right on the ocean and once I shipped my husband and my son to their fishing hole I could go grab a glass of wine and appetizer right next-door. We will be back!"

"This property is in a great location. It is a very short walk to the beach, delicious food and interesting shops. Owner was super friendly and helpful. The rental was clean, had everything we needed. The owner left us fresh fruit, flowers and pastry!"

"There is not enough space to say how wonderful this stay was. I first would like to say Thank you to Elisibeth and Gene for selecting me as the VIP of the day. I am a regular @ the Homer Aspen, and the Anchorage Aspen, and have never had a bad stay. The VIP status was a mega bonus, as my wife and I were on a quick night on the town, from Nikiski to see The Irish Treo Play Homer. Thank you again for the great experiene and the little extra as the VIP for the Day. "
