Clean property in a quiet location that is a bit off the beaten path. Can't speak highly of the furniture that seems to have been selected for the look and not the comfort of their guests. Beds were comfortable enough.

Great accommodations just as described. The bonus was the moose outside the cabin each day. Just 15 minutes from town. Loved the views of the mountains.

It was a beautiful place! The only thing I would recommend is bring sleeping masks as there are no black out shades. It was quite bright till 10:30 pm during our stay. Other wise it was a perfect venue to be close to Homer. Clean, easy to access and even though there were several different groups that stayed on the bottom floor there were no noise issues. Very pleasant experience

Happifying. could use some instructions for the dvd player ect. and some books and games. Couldn't get on the internet. That was probably a plus for us. Overall a great stay. Moose sitings were a plus.

The property was everything we expected and more! It really is steps away from beautiful Fritz Creek. We were very comfortable with the sleeping arrangements and the layout of the apartment is superb with a beautiful view! We enjoyed every aspect and hope to stay there again sometime. A relaxing porch and lots of wildlife! We fell in love with Homer! A special find!

Other than a single complaint, we enjoyed our stay. It is a nice space and it was clean when we arrived. There is obviously no sound isolation/insulation between the upper and lower apartments. We felt like we needed to tiptoe the whole time we were there to avoid disturbing the folks below us and several times we heard loud profane language, etc from beneath us. Not a huge deal, but something worth noting if you are considering this rental. All in all, it was good though.

Beautiful property, nice accommodations. The house is a little ways from the Spit and downtown but itā€™s nice to be able to get away from that. Itā€™s tough to find any complaints, if I had to decide it would be nice if they had a fan or two (I will concede I didn't ask). The place was so quiet and relaxing we spent a lot of our time on the deck enjoying the sunshine and listening to the water. So many windows to let plenty of natural light in, It was wonderful. And the fact that we could bring our dogs was even better. There was no sign from previous pets having been there, odors and/damage were no where to be found. Weā€™d definitely stay there again.

Only got to stay one night due to an issue with the bath tub but the property manager was extremely on the ball about it and gave a full refund. Very good people to work with. The property itself is nice and new.

The cabin was cozy and no need for heat or air. We did see a Moose near the river in the yard. The owner was quick to respond with any questions that we had. We had no issues at all during our stay except for adjusting to long daylight hours. I recommend this stay to everyone.

Very secluded on Fritz Creek but there is so much vegetation growth you cannot appreciate it. Unit was clean looking on the surface but full of cat hair after looking closer. With allergies to cats this was very unfortunate. There is cable and internet but no cell towers for phones. Many dogs running around the property. Did not appreciate the steep cleaning fee when I had to clean up the cat hair before I could stay in the cabin.

The cabin and amenities were great for our family. The creek sounded very nice through our open windows at night and we saw moose and a porcupine near the cabin. No fish in the creek, but it really added to our experience. Gravel road On the way in and fields of fireweed. Our only real complaint was the temperature, no air conditioning or ceiling fans, which in a normal year probably would not be a big deal at all.
