"What would I say? I love this place. Very clean and very quiet. They have a kitchenette inside you can definitely cook and make your own meal no need to eat out.The Bed is very comfortable. Its been a year since I started coming here and here I am still loving this place. The price is better than anyone else. Owners are helpful and friendly. Highly recommend for those who want a cheap but comfortable stay. "

"It was a camper, fenced inyard, nice little yard, fire pit, chairs, nice decor and nice lights around outside. Fridge and freezer very good. Bed was not comfortable for me. Store and grill there but not easily accessible and it said to bring pots to use. No towels, i missed that part i guess. Due to delays arrived at 3 am plus last night did not stay as not comfortable. 3 day booking should have been 2."

"horrible neighborhood. Neighbor has signs that say they shoot trespassers all over posted aggressively. Siren sounds all night long. Dirty fridge. Code to doo didn't work. Internet code didn't work. Left early."

"The property is clean, and supplied nice starters, like coffee pods, creamers, water bottles to get you started. The driveway next to the house was nice to get out of the street. Communication with property owner was easy. The bed was comfortable, and plenty of linens. Some of the neighbors looked a little shady, but was quiet and no problems."

"This is a great place to stay if you’re in town for a baseball tournament. The pool is fantastic after melting at the fields. It’s a central location to Gulf side beaches or hitting up Orlando amusement parks. We appreciated that the kitchen had all things we needed and there were plenty of towels. Thanks for a great stay!"

"Aside from the train and the guests who stayed in adjoining unit, my stay was excellent. The check-in process was easy. It’s a small place but the host has done an excellent job making sure you don’t have to leave for any reason (unless you want to cook). I mean anything that you felt you may need is provided. The communication was excellent also. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The “only” negative thing I could add is there were spider webs near the lower part of the bathroom sink. ...

"The house is newly remodeled and they did a great job. Furniture and beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped but did lack dishwasher tabs, towels and detergent. The first night we were there, a large street party started across the road around 9 PM and continued until 2:30 AM. There were vehicles with loud music blaring riding past. It may have been a one-off special event as those attending were dressed up. Not at all the fault of the host. He said we could call police but I hesitated...
