"Nice caravan, situated close to all amenities, if you have stayed in a Haven Park before this caravan would be classed as a Bronze accommodation, to give you the comparison if you were to book your stay with Haven direct. Weather was great, park very busy with the weekend campers (tents) this area was packed, kids play park was a free for all, I would say too small for the amount of families staying onsite, wonder what the middle of summer holidays would be like when all caravans and camping...

"Stayed for 1 night, easy check in and out, apartment was up to a good standard could do with some slippers for the bathroom but otherwise brilliant. Apartment 31 was in a good location for an easy walk down to the pier. Overall a great stay and would come back. "

"Appartment was nicely equipped and cosy, pair this with regular cleaning and you get a nice experience. Only problem is beware of where you park!! There is no designated parking for guests, the only bays around are 2 hours maximim stay and traffix wardens are very active in the area."

"The peacefulness was wonderful…unfortunately the dishwasher wasn’t working and the lodge site could benefit from more poopy bins….complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch too x"

"Really enjoyable stay in a nice setting, pity about the weather. Fair warning there are some works going on on the property grounds making it a bit more unsightly but nothing can be done about that. Overall great. Thank you."

"My wife and I stayed for a week here and had zero complaints about the property. It was very nice, spacious, well outfitted and everything worked. The bed was comfy and overall, we would stay here again with no reservations. I either missed it or didn't realize the property is in a holiday park. This did not affect our stay in any way though. The host was gracious, accommodating and very responsive. The location is such that I would recommend anyone staying here have their own transportation,...

"We absolutely loved staying at Roger’s home in Keswick! The three of us had plenty of room, all of the amenities we needed, and a beautiful garden courtyard to spend time together. It is a nice walk on a footpath to town, and a short distance to the Castlerigg Stone Circle. Roger was very helpful and gave us great recommendations for our stay in this gorgeous area. We hope to get back there again!"

"Really nice accommodation in a very nice location. Well presented and clean lodge with great view of the Lake. Brilliant welcome pack very informative and welcome advice on walks and where to go. Enjoyed the area 15 min drive to Keswick, I found that the turn off from the road to the site is a short distance from the signage and recommend hiiting your indicator as soon as you have passed the sign and start slowing as you often have cars travelling at speed behind you. "The cottage was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated with modern kitchen & bathroom, a comfy sofa and bed and beautiful views. It is tucked away in a peaceful location but only a short drive from Derwent Water and Ullswater so there’s plenty to see and do nearby. The secure garden was perfect for our dog. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this cottage to couples / singles who want a peaceful location."

"The accommodations were comfortable. I recommend the address location be better labeled on the stone wall. The cab driver had difficulty finding Cabin 3. The stone wall hides the view of the cabin. The laundry from the previous tenants never got picked up and the red laundry bag sat on the front stoop all week. The outside views from the dining room window, kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms were splendid."

"Great location to experience the Lake District. Walks from the front door or only a short drive away providing views and immersion into all the Lakes has to offer. A lovely location to stay in that was quiet, well appointed and perfect for what we needed. Could stroll to a pub for dinner (good choices and quality), were removed from the towns so got the getaway needed however it was easy to get to all services and locations needed for activities, food, supplies etc. Feel lucky we got to use...
