You will feel like you have arrived at your own private island, a piece of paradise on the Gulf of Mexico. Swim in our lovely heated pool, play tennis, or relax on our deck with a glass of wine and experience spectacular sunsets. Anna Maria Island is a 7 mile long barrier island with uncrowded, pristine white sand beaches, a quaint 'old Florida' feel, many places to eat from very casual to 5 star restaurants and great shopping.

This property has a beautiful kitchen with granite counter tops, custom cabinetry and new appliances. The bathrooms have been recently remodeled with new tub and shower and tile. The condo has a brand new washer and drier. All of the floors are new and the condo has decorator quality furniture and accessories.

A balcony that overlooks the swimming pool has a perfect view of the gulf where you can have your morning cup of coffee and watch dolphins jumping in the water. The master bedroom has a king size bed and private, recently remodeled bathroom. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has two sets of bunkbeds. There is a TV set in two of the bedrooms.

A property manager is available on all weekdays to assist with any concerns or questions you may have. Within an hour or two are all the major attractions of central Florida.

Wonderful condo in a perfect location
This is a very nice property. This spot is great for sunsets, and convenient to the trolley, shopping, restaurants, and the piers. The pool is amazingly refreshing after a hot day in the sun. The home is well appointed and the beds are comfortable. The owners are super nice and respond to messages quickly.

Great location
We had as great stay at gulf place! It was clean, well stocked, spacious patio and pristine pool. Most importantly, it was right on the beautiful beach. Good communication and smooth check in. Beach chairs, towels etc all included. Highly recommend!

Winter Get Away
Ana Maria Island was highly recommended and was not disappointed. Love the island, restaurants, shops and people. The location could not have been better, a step to the beach and the pool was sparkling and warm. Only negative was the weather did not cooperate!!! Very chilly and a bit rainy. The owner was quick to respond when needed.

Great location; disappointing condo for price
The condo was just ok and has great potential. The location, view and outside facility was very nice. The pool was heated and clean with great access to the beach. However, the inside of this property was somewhat disappointing. Starting with our check in process, We were given the wrong access code with really no apologies. The kitchen and bathrooms are somewhat updated, but the condo lacked basic supplies. Bottles were empty, one large trash bag provided, instructions were conflicting and outdated from 2012. The rules say no pets allowed but we saw at least 2 dogs. Therefore, it is hard to say what the actual rules are. The dryer was working but the dials were broken. Overall, the condo is in need of a deep clean. Again, the location is great; however, for the price of this unit, I would not return.

Great condo, location and owners
The condo is spacious, renovated and cozy. Steps to the pool, beach and tennis/pickle ball court. Convenient to walk to delicious restaurants and even grocery & liquor stores. We will return!

Amazing location - loved every minute!
This property is hard to top. We woke up every morning to sunshine with a view of the ocean, and could easily walk to anything to we needed. Close proximity to grocery stores and restaurants made this a wonderful location. We loved every minute!

Beach vacation with friends
This condo is located on a beautiful stretch of powdery white sandy beach on Anna Maria island facing the gulf. It is spacious, clean and very well equipped for our group of 5 friends. One room actually has 2 sets of bunks, so would easily accommodate a larger group or family. There is an abundance of great restaurants nearby, and free trolley that runs around the island all day until 9 pm. We enjoyed our restful stay!

Very Nice
The property was very nice. Very clean except for the floor, it was not dirty but could have been a little cleaner. The check in procedure was not made very clear. Steps were a little difficult for three women over 65. Over all everything was very nice for myself and two other girlfriends.

Excellent Location & Spacious Condo
My daughter and I loved this location and condo complex. Spacious, comfortable condo with everything we needed to feel right at home. The beach was gorgeous! The pool was clean and warm. The area is quiet, but near the trolley stop and just a short bike or car ride away from lots of restaurants and shops. We will return!!

Great location and wonderful experience
We loved our stay here in Anna Maria. We would definitely recommend this place with ocean views and 3 bedrooms. We never wanted to leave and in fact extended our stay. You won’t be disappointed.

Very pleased / Beautiful views and ideal proximity to the beach
Stayed 12/19/2020 - 12/26/2020. Very happy with our selection and would definitely stay again. Property manager was friendly and answered all of our questions pre-trip. Condo was clean, outside / grounds very well maintained, building / area was very safe, location was ideal and online description was accurate. Stove was newer than in pictures and seems to have been recently upgraded. Heated pool was set for approx. 87 degrees so kids enjoyed using it daily - even on the couple of cooler days when outside temps were in the 50's. View from the balcony was beautiful and welcoming in the mornings for coffee or to watch the sunsets in the evenings if weren't doing so on the beach - pictures taken from the balcony were post-card worthy. Kids happy to have their own space and said beds / rooms were comfortable as was Master bedroom. Condo included Washer / Dryer, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, Toaster, TV , Etc 3-bedroom condo was very nice - family was happy and want to come back to the same location next year (they would prefer that we just move in and stay).

Love AMI, Holmes Beach
Holmes beach is one of my favorite parts of AMI. The location is perfect and the condo complex is small with nice pool, landscaping, and tennis court. Pool area goes right out to beach which is great. Condo very nice. We especially loved the open kitchen, living, dining area - very nice space with plenty of seating. Owner answered our questions promptly. Will definitely consider coming back to this unit.

Perfect Vacation Spot
This was our first visit to Anna Maria Island and I can say that we picked the PERFECT place to stay. This condo was clean, near the beach, had a wonderful pool, and was roomy enough for 2 families to stay comfortably. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a relaxing vacation with family or friends.

Peaceful Getaway
This property was great for a family vacation. The spacious, three bedroom condo was just perfect for us. We loved the welcoming and tasteful decor and the fully-stocked kitchen at the condo - including spices/condiments, trash bags and food wrap which haven't been provided at many of our rentals. We spent quite a bit of time on the deck (which had a great view of the beach) and also on the beautiful beach which was just a few steps away. The development was well maintained and quiet. We'd definitely rent it again!

Great place for families!
This condo is right on the beach on has a great community pool. Beach area was close to a public access beach, but there was plenty of room for everyone. The complex is not huge- only 15-20 units and very friendly. We had no hot water when we got there, but the owner was super sweet and replaced the water heater the very day I called and asked about it. We will rent here again!

We have rented this unit for several years and have enjoyed our stay every year.
We are very comfortable with renting this condo. It feels like our home way from home. The location, pool, and closeness to the Gulf are the things we enjoy the most. Looking forward to coming back next year. One problem we had was we couldn't find parking passes or the onsite person to provide us ones, after we were approached by another property owner about not having parking passes.
