Welcome to Fairwinds, a desirable vacation home with a stunning tropically landscaped backyard with a swimming pool with a swim-up table, a hot tub, and a great outdoor kitchen area. This incredible rental has four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms and is a quick stroll from the turquoise waters and white sandy Gulf beach.

The bright living area has luxurious seating and outstanding views from the French window doors leading to the fantastic second-level patio. The fully equipped kitchen offers ample counter space for preparing your family's favorites and has island seating for quick bites. Share meals and stories at the dining table. Afterward, grab your dessert and drinks for a fun evening on the balcony patio with plush seating options.

The primary bedroom is your personal retreat, with a balcony for catching the Gulf breeze and a large walk-in closet. The primary ensuite will have you in spa mode with a soaking jacuzzi tub and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a coastal feel and a private balcony with beautiful views. Guests will sleep well to the island breeze rustling the palms in the third bedroom. The fourth bedroom is perfect for kids and has room for play. The second and third bathrooms are spacious, with plenty of room for guests to prepare for adventures. The living room has a sleeper sofa for more sleeping options.

The amazing backyard features a sparkling pool with a swim-up tiki table and a hot tub. The large, covered patio has plenty of seating options and an outdoor kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a bar for entertaining. With games like corn-hole, connect four, ping pong, and foosball in the game room, you and your guests will always have things to do.

Anna Maria Island offers some of the best beaches in the world, with fabulous sunsets and warm, calm turquoise waters. Explore the island by foot, golf cart, bike, or on the free island trolley and see all seven miles of beautiful views and wildlife. Discover the island boutiques along Pine Ave., indulge in local cuisine, and spot marine life at play while kayaking or paddle-boarding the calm bay waters.

There are no pets allowed in this home.

Fun in the Sun
Our large family stayed at this beautiful home, for a week in July 2024. We loved the great pool area, and all the pool/beach items available for use. It was a big help to not have to drag all that stuff from NC in our cars. The location to restaurants and the beach was perfect. We rented golf carts to scoot around on the island. The coffee shop at the end of 56th street was our go to each morning. Great family vacation, we would definitely book this cottage again !!

Wonderful house
We had a wonderful time! The house is located very close to a beautiful beach and local restaurants. The house has many amenities, a well supplied kitchen, plenty of beach chairs, umbrella, etc and a private, heated pool. We highly recommend and plan on returning in the future.

Family Christmas on the Island
We had a great stay with the extended family at the property. The management company was communicative, prompt, and friendly. We had a small issue with the pool alarm dislodging and the maintenance company came out within the hour. The pool and hot tub stayed very warm, even in the chilly temps. There was plenty of space for people from the different families to spread out but also room for us all to eat and spend time together. Well equipped kitchen with everything you could need. The mattresses could stand an update, but that was a small thing. I only wish the twin bedroom had bunks as we will need one more twin on our next trip! Otherwise we would stay again in a heartbeat. Thanks for a great week on the island!

Great House in a Great Location
The house is as advertised and then some. The house is SO well equipped. We have never stayed at a home with a kitchen so well stocked with appliances, cooking utensils, spices, teas, etc. There are plenty of games too for families and kids. The pool was fantastic. The house has so many pool toys, floats and games. It also has an abundance of chairs for the nearby beach. It’s a two minute walk to the beach 4 minutes to a town center and 6 minutes to tennis, pickleball and basketball courts. This location allows a big family to divide and conquer or be as a group with many activities in walking distance. The property gets a 5-star rating without hesitation. Magnificent beach sunsets and amazing white sand are guarantees too.

Don’t !
Please don’t rent this home! I’m being completely selfish and don’t want competition. We Vrbo often and are fortunate to do so at some fabulous properties. Clearly, the owners have rented as well because EVERYTHING a renter could ask for was abundantly supplied at the highest level. Fantastic property, Fantastic.

Great Location, safe neighborhood, great pool area.
Pool area is nice, BBQ area is dark and the flooring around it is super grimy with grease as can be expected. Super hang out area although we never sat there. Used the grill many times but hung out in pool and hot tub. Lots of broken patio furniture on decks as well as pool area. We never used the decks except for morning coffee off the master. Back deck has a broken lop sided end table sitting there, a chair down below with a huge hole in the seat area and wheels off the loungers by the pool. You can still use the loungers with no issue its just the lack of details that I always notice. Those items should have been taken away when they noticed it. I sent a pic to the AMI team, not sure if anything was done. Pool guy and gardeners came with no problems, pool was always left spotless. Except when gardeners came after and blew it all back into the pool. There is a large pool net easy enough to clean it out. Kitchen is a good space with nice dining room table, poor pans just as all past comments on this unit have stated. Living room is nice, tv was a pain to figure out as was master tv I never used them. Upstairs is nice, lots of room for our 3 grown kids. Garbage and recycling was picked up many times which is great. You just take it out to the bins and they get it from there. Walk to the beach is easy and garage is full of items for the beach. Pull trolley squeaks quite a bit but salt air, and sand likely don't help! But it was still usable. We brought our own beach chairs but they do have many. As for the overall appearance.... Its surface cleaned not deep cleaned and is a very well used house, plenty of scuff marks on walls and doors. BUT it didn't affect the use of the property. I just notice everything. I like a clean space. I would book again now knowing I just need to do a quick clean before we settle in. Its the sand on the floors and crumbs of food under kitchen cupboards. I swept it up and it was a pretty big pile that was missed. The twin unit beside it has cute lights in the BBQ area plus a TV. My hubby liked that about the other unit. AMI is great, clean, safe and you can walk everywhere or golf cart around.

Girls Trip
Beautiful property, kitchen fully stocked with basic necessities for cooking. Great pool. Close to beach access. Not ideal for people who have struggles with stairs. Lights and spa controls could have been labeled better.

Backyard makes this property stand out. The pool and hot tub is private surrounded by palm trees. The house is in a location that is 5 minute walk to the beach. The house is exactly as listed in the description. The rating of four is because of the following. We enjoy cooking and BBQ on the grill. The grill is almost unusable because of the lack of cleaning and hot spots. The stove top didn’t work properly and the cooking pans and utensils are not what a luxury rental should offer. The garage is filled with broken chairs, beach toys, and other items. If you booked this place you won’t be disappointed. Just feel the owners of the property need to spend some money on some items that would truly make this a luxury property.

Great house, great location!
The house was great. We loved all the beach toys, chairs, etc! That was a major hit for us because we flew in and didn’t want to buy or bring our own! It was a five minute walk to the beach and as usually with AMI the beach was nearly empty!!! The only two issues we had with this house was that the pans supplied were beyond warped and completely unusable (we purchased some new ones and left them in the house for the next guests. The second issue, was with the couches in the living room. I think too many people have sat on them while wet….but they smelled terrible. Couldn’t get over the smell so we avoided them entirely. Other than that all was well.

Amazing pool!
We loved this house on Holmes Beach. The pool is as great as it looks in the photos. The house is very updated and comfortable. It’s a very short walk to the beach (not crowded). We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time on our vacation. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. The location was an easy 5 minute walk to the beach. Stores and restaurants were close enough to walk to. We would definitely consider staying at this house again!

Beautiful home and fully equipped. Plenty of space for 8 adults and three decks! Very nice to have our own private pool. Great location, just a two block walk to the beach which was mostly empty. It was like having the beach to ourselves. And only a mile walk down the beach to a great beach café! Would definitely stay here again!

Great vacation house!
Great house! So clean and close to the beach. It had everything we needed for the beach and pool. Convenient walk to shops and restaurants . Owner was available for anything we needed. Hot tub and pool were very comfortable for early Feb. Many options for sun or shade. Great vacation!

We very much enjoyed our stay. We loved having the excellent pool and hot tub right in our backyard! The house had pretty much everything we needed for our stay. When we arrived, the pool was pretty dirty but the pool service came out two days, so by the time we left it was much cleaner. The beach supplies could be organized a bit better and cleaned a bit but we had what we needed. The air conditioner is very noisy and may need replaced soon. Overall, I would definitely return!

Christmas 2019
The house was nice and the property was beautiful. The weather didn’t exactly cooperate with us so it was nice to have the heated pool to enjoy when the beach was too chilly. This time of year found the back pool area mostly shaded with only a couple hours of sun on the backside. The beach was extremely close and safe to walk to. Literally steps away so that you could walk back and forth from the house to the beach. The house was well equipped. The multiple deck options were wonderful for separate spaces outside for our family. All in all money well spent.
