Family stayed for a week in March
Pros: Great location and price. Bedrooms were a good size and beds were comfortable. Pool and backyard were a good size, water was warm, BBQ worked well. Washer/dryer a great asset. Accessible host and we got to check in a couple of hours early Could use improvement: A bit run down - ie a couple of obviously broken pieces of furniture and areas Ie baseboards, side of fridge that can’t be properly cleaned so look dirty. It is a bit dark inside the kitchen and living room There are 4 TVs but none could connect to Netflix etc so bring an adapter/fire stick? We would rebook as it was comfortable and good value for $.

Paradise!
This was an amazing vacation. The location was perfect. The house was super cute and perfect for our family. The neighboring family downstairs were really nice and lots of fun! Any issues I may have had were resolved instantly. Nothing major. Richard was very responsive and great Host!! I would love to stay here again next year but this time rent the entire house so more family can come and enjoy this slice of paradise that Anna Maria has to offer! Thanks again for allowing us to enjoy your wonderful home. It was our best trip ever!!!

Affordable Anna Maria Island rental
Great, affordable option for Anna Maria island, 2 blocks to the beach. Pool was great, rent both upstairs and downstairs unit for larger parties. Providing beach chairs, umbrella and beach wagon was a godsend as we flew in to visit family and also made getting back and forth to the beach easy! Beautiful beaches, very family friendly!

We loved the location short walk to the beach. The unit could use a more comfortable sectional and an additional comfortable chair so six adults could sit comfortably. We had a great time. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great location & lovely upstairs unit
Our family enjoyed this pet friendly upstairs unit very much. Heated pool with spacious patio area. Wonderful porch and rockers - great for morning coffee or evening drinks. Close to great restaurants & the dog park. Just a 3-minute walk to the beach with lovely sunset views from one of the bedrooms. The unit was very clean. Kitchen well stocked. A few cosmetic issues which we reported to the manager upon arrival, but nothing major. Highly recommended for a great family stay!

Comfortable rental close to the beach
The rental was very comfortable. The living space is large. The king and queen bed slept well. The twin beds needed to be replaced. We notified the owner and he was there the next day with new mattresses and ordered new mattress covers. There were very few washcloths, hand towels and oven mitts. The owner had those dropped off within 2 days. The a/c worked extremely well. The pantry was stocked with basics like coffee, filters, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil. There were plenty of paper towels as well. The unit was very clean. The pool was clean and a wagon and chairs were provided to take to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Good Beach Getaway!!!
Pool was great, great sleeping, close to beaches (1 and 1/2 blocks). Relaxed and earthy feel to stay in with older beachy furniture. Great for kids!!!

Great location, close to the beach and the pool was an awesome reprieve. We had issue with the internet and it was never resolved. Grill was not ready for use. Other than that place was a nice space for our family.

Family vacation
Perfect for a few people to share. We got both up and bottom of the duplex so the pool was private. Richard was very helpfull and even small hiccups were handled with a quickness. Would return.

Great location- property improvements needed
Great location! This is an upper and lower unit property. The evenings were quiet and other guests were considerate. However, When we arrived our unit had not been well cleaned which was disappointing. There was lots of work being done during most of our stay,. Our unit was quite old and well used. The living space is on the small side. Just be prepared for guests with dogs, and smokers. The owner was responsive to our inquiries.

Thanksgiving Stay
Property is very nice, a short, easy walk to the beach - beach cart recommended. Lots of towels, so you don't need to bring any, the beds in two main bedrooms very comfortable, the twin beds were okay with a comforter to sleep on over the mattresses. They would be fine for young children, but adults/teenagers will find them uncomfortable. The couch is extremely comfortable, and property very clean-great shower pressure too, which was an added bonus! Note: although we didn't bring a dog, dogs are not allowed in the fenced-in area around the pool so you will have to take them on walks. No pets allowed on the beach either. Because of this rule we opted for vacation without our pup:) Overall, great value for the price!

Excellent experience
Our stay here was great, it's only a short walk to beach and the property was very well maintained and clean, is was fully prepared with dishes and silverware, all we brought was food. The pool was well maintained and was refreshing after a long day at the beach. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a quiet place to get away for awhile, we will definitely be returning. Thanks
