The large and open floor plan boasts a remarkable kitchen, dining room, and seating area, which flows seamlessly to the main floor balcony.

The primary bedroom is the largest, featuring an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower. The three guest bedrooms are equally luxurious, each furnished with a king bed and a beautiful ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, some even have balconies. The bunk bed loft area includes two TVs, a bathroom, and a cozy sitting area with a comfortable couch, and an outdoor deck that overlooks the pool. You can also access the rooftop deck from here.

4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals.* Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined.
