With a king bedroom with ensuite, a room with a queen, and a room with two twin beds. this place has enough space for any family to enjoy a couple of days or couple weeks at the beach.

Just steps from the white sand beaches of Anna Maria island you can see the crystal clear water from the porch and feel the sand in your toes by just strolling past the pool. This 3-bedroom condo is perfect for a quick getaway or an amazing place to escape the northern winters. Featuring a porch that looks out to the white sandy beaches and crystal clear water of the Gulf Of Mexico. Featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. This unit comes with a washer and dryer, full kitchen and dining area. You can sit on the porch and drink you morning coffee watching the waves crash the shoreline. Then head back with a glass of wine in the evening to watch the sunset. Walk a short two blocks to get to a trolley stop, which goes the whole length of the island. You'll have a king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom The second bedroom has a queen bed, then you have two twin beds. With just a few steps to get up to the unit, once inside it is all one level. You can bring your tennis racket and get a game played in the morning, then head over to the beach to cool off. This unit comes with one parking spot, with guest spots which are first come first serve. This condo sleeps 6 and is allowed a maximum of 8 people during the day.

“You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. Quiet hours on the island are recognized from 10p-7a.”

You may cancel your reservation up to 60 days before check-in for a full refund minus a $495 processing fee and less 3rd party travel insurance fees, if applicable. The refund will be made to the original payment method. After that time, or for reservations made on or less than 60 days in advance of check-in, your reservation is non-refundable.

Written notice is required to cancel a reservation; an email from the address associated with the reservation is acceptable as written notice.

For canceled reservations with a check-in date equal to or less than 60 days away: We will open the property back up to the rental market and if the property re-rents we will refund the guests the rental rate minus the $495 processing fee and any price differential.

If Guest needs to shorten their stay or change to a different property, the normal cancellation policy applies. No changes are permitted during the stay.
