"Nice caravan, situated close to all amenities, if you have stayed in a Haven Park before this caravan would be classed as a Bronze accommodation, to give you the comparison if you were to book your stay with Haven direct. Weather was great, park very busy with the weekend campers (tents) this area was packed, kids play park was a free for all, I would say too small for the amount of families staying onsite, wonder what the middle of summer holidays would be like when all caravans and camping...

"Stayed for 1 night, easy check in and out, apartment was up to a good standard could do with some slippers for the bathroom but otherwise brilliant. Apartment 31 was in a good location for an easy walk down to the pier. Overall a great stay and would come back. "

"What more could you ask for than a property where the supermarket (and many eateries) are around the corner and the bus stop is opposite the front door. Rayrigg is perfectly located, with a bus every 20 mins to take you to the railway station (about a 10 minute walk) or to other towns in the District. Just note, if you are challenged by directions, Lake Windermere is in an area called Bowness, and about a 45 minute walk to Ellerthwaite Square. I had the top room, so plenty of stairs to climb,...

"My wife and I stayed for a week here and had zero complaints about the property. It was very nice, spacious, well outfitted and everything worked. The bed was comfy and overall, we would stay here again with no reservations. I either missed it or didn't realize the property is in a holiday park. This did not affect our stay in any way though. "Sehr schön eingerichtetes und sauberes Cottage in einer wunderschönen Umgebung. Einzig der allabendliche Weg in den Pub entlang der doch recht befahrenen Straße war ein wenig unangenehm. Ansonsten alles top!"

"The accommodations were comfortable. I recommend the address location be better labeled on the stone wall. The cab driver had difficulty finding Cabin 3. The stone wall hides the view of the cabin. The laundry from the previous tenants never got picked up and the red laundry bag sat on the front stoop all week. The outside views from the dining room window, kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms were splendid."

"Great location to experience the Lake District. Walks from the front door or only a short drive away providing views and immersion into all the Lakes has to offer. A lovely location to stay in that was quiet, well appointed and perfect for what we needed. Could stroll to a pub for dinner (good choices and quality), were removed from the towns so got the getaway needed however it was easy to get to all services and locations needed for activities, food, supplies etc. Feel lucky we got to use...

"The house is small but had everything we needed to make it perfect. The owner has thought of everything to make our stay a home from home and the location was ideal for everywhere we wanted to visit plus there’s a hotel next door that does lovely meals but you have to book in advance because it’s very popular. Really enjoyed our stay."

"We have raved about this house to so many people. It was beautiful and spacious and right near some amazing hikes. This area is breathtaking. Working with the host was very easy and they were very responsive. We highly recommend this home. If you don't have a rental car, make sure you come prepared with some food (as there is only 1 pub nearby, and it has unpredictable hours). We hope to return one day!"
