First level: Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 have queen beds, overlook the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and have access out to a covered deck. Bedroom 5 is a perfect place for the kids with its 2 sets of twin bunks. There are two full baths (fully renovated) on this level and a TV in each bedroom.

Second level: On this level you will be greeted with lots of open space, including a very well equipped kitchen with all stainless steel major appliances. The major appliances include: a refrigerator, flat top range with oven combination, built-in microwave and a dishwasher. The small countertop appliances include: a coffee pot, toaster and a blender. There is also a small bar area complete with a bar size fridge which is great for storing extra sodas or any of your specialty drinks. There is a nice breakfast bar (seating 4) which separates the kitchen from the living room. The dining area has a table that seats 6 plus there’s a bistro table for 2 in the kitchen. For your convenience there is a half bath just off the kitchen. There are ocean views from everywhere on this floor. The bright openness of this area is the perfect way to stay connected with the family while cooking, relaxing or playing games.
The master bedroom will also be found on this level just off the kitchen. The master is equipped with a king bed which overlooks the glistening ocean and has access out to the sun deck. For your added comfort and convenience there is a TV and a ceiling fan in this bedroom. The master bath has been completely renovated and has double vanities with all granite countertops, a whirlpool tub and a walk-in frameless glass shower.
A Southern Charm has many amenities, including covered parking, outside shower, extra TV’s, DVD player, VCR, Wireless High Speed Internet (WiFi), and surround sound (living room). Check-in will be in person at the Coastline Realty rental office which is located at 965 Old Folkstone Rd. Suite 108 Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. ID’s will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a CHECK-IN PACKET that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. PLEASE DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE PROPERTY BEFORE CHECK-IN AS IT WILL ONLY DELAY THE PROCESS FOR YOU. IF HOUSEKEEPERS OR INSPECTORS SEE CARS IN THE DRIVEWAY, THEY WILL MOVE ON TO THE NEXT HOUSE AND YOU MAY MISS YOUR EARLY ROTATION WITH CLEANING/INSPECTING.
