Fabulous 2BR 2 Bath condo on Table Rock Lake. Emerald Pointe is nestled against the crystal blue waters of Table Rock Lake. You are only steps away from a Branson Bay Marina, which offers state-of-the-art dry storage and a courtesy boat dock available for your boat for a fee. You will be close enough to the waters edge for fishing or paddling around in the warm waves on a sunny day.

Emerald Pointe is tucked away in the hills of the Ozarks. It is located far enough away from the hustle and bustle, yet minutes from the excitement of Branson Landing, Branson shows, attractions, restaurants, and championship golf.

Our 2-bedroom 2- bath condo sleeps 5. One bedroom has a king size bed with a flat screen TV. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed with a flat screen TV. In the living room the sofa makes a queen size bed and has a new built in type air mattress. Adjust to your own firmness for softness. You will have access to WIFI and Cable. All bedding, bath towels, and soap provided. Blow dryers and curling irons are located in the bathrooms. There is also an iron and ironing board.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare meals without leaving the condo - you bring the food. For your convenience, cream and sugar, along with salt, pepper, tea bags and other basic spices are included. Small appliances include a crockpot, mixer, electric skillet, and toaster.

Family weekend
Great condo on the lake. Condo had everything we needed. Very convenient having Branson Bay Marina next door to store our boat. Would definitely stay here again.

1week family Branson vaca
Cute little apartment style unit. The gate process was a nightmare the first couple days but once we called the property manager and got our license added it was great. The place had everything we needed and we were able to eat in a lot which was nice.

Nice getaway
The location was nice. Quiet area in a gated community. The only thing is we wish there was a public access to the lake to go swimming on the lake without the use of a boat. Other than that it was perfect.

Our family vacation
Our stay at the condo was very nice. The condo’s location was quiet on the lake. Although the lake view was minimal, we enjoyed the outside porch. Neighbors were friendly, outgoing, and quiet. We were able to watch squirrels play, geese families, and saw 2 deer. Things to take note of specifically in regards to the condo itself: I had to call for the door code (I did not see an email with access information), the gate process was easier on some days ( 1 day I was able to drive right in and other days I was asked to show my ID and provide a code that I was later told was nonexistent), the sofa bed’s pump was missing ( I called about the location of the pump and was told it was under the TV, but after searching through the condo, finally found it in the kitchen), lastly FYI the electrical outlet in the master bedroom appears to have caught fire ( it is black) someone should check on it ASAP. Overall I would recommend the condo but suggest written instructions for the sofa pump’s location and maybe texting the door code to the phone number on file.

Great condo but the gate process is horrible
The condo was clean, hadd all amenities we needed, and was just steps from a beautiful lake. However getting through the gate was absolutely horrible! We had to give our license plate number before check in and it was supposed to be put in a system where the cameras read it and gates automatically opened. This was not the case. The first four days we had to stop to speak to security and give them all of our information including scanning our id each time we wanted to enter, which was multiple times a day. This is by no means the fault of the owner. Also, it was a little further from the strip than I expected and if you have dogs, there are not that many grassy areas to take them to potty to.

Loved the Place
Beautiful Condo. Loved being close to the water. The most frustrating experience was getting through the gate. The property management did not give my name to owner to put on his list and the security company was completely irritating. Someone dropped the ball. Caused 2 days of grief. Other than that, I would stay in this Condo again. Thank you

Relaxing weekend
Great location, quiet area. Spacious place with 2 bedrooms. Had a sewer issue that was promptly corrected by maintenance. ( lots of condos in the area overwhelmed the sewer line) Enjoyed our trip and would rent again.

We enjoyed our stay and the shows we saw. Unfortunately we had a couple issues with the property. Our feet were black from going barefooted in the condo, upon arrival we did not have cable/tv, dishes had to be washed before use and the dishwasher doesn’t work on normal. We honestly enjoyed our stay despite the inconveniences and the fact that two people couldn’t fit in the kitchen at the same time.

The condo was really nice and clean. Comfortable beds. Liked being away from Branson traffic.
Overall good stay. However, cable was disconnected and internet down 2 of the days we were there. Spent some time trying to get it resolved but was not successful.
