Wonderful location! Highly desirable and convenient north side location can’t be beat! Close to the beach and a short drive to town. Sanitized and contactless check in! We are nestled just down the street from Tunnel Park Beach. Perfect spot to sun during the day and watch the sunset later. This professionally decorated 3 bedroom, air conditioned home offers family fun for everyone. Our open floor plan and the fieldstone fireplace in our great room with dining for 14 is great for entertaining or just lounging. Large screen smart tv. The newly remodeled kitchen boasts an open concept with open shelving, new appliances and farmhouse sink. Sleeping accommodations: Main floor bedroom has a queen bed/tv. Upstairs bedrooms includes a bedroom with twin beds and a king bedroom with TV. Lower level bunk room plus pull out queen sofa in the main area in the basement. Newly updated bathrooms, one on the main floor, one on the upper floor. Lower level flat screen tv and dvd player for entertainment as well as a game table and foosball table. Plan a BBQ after a day at the beach on a fully shaded deck. Enjoy the string twinkle lights at night! Roast marshmallows in our fire pit. Bring your bikes to ride on the bike trail outside our front door. Kayak and Canoe rentals close by as well as a the marina for boat and jet ski rentals. 4 flat screen TVs with Roku and streaming, WiFi, DVD players . Relax on the shaded wrap around deck in the comfy Adirondack chairs. New washer and dryer and kitchen appliances.
Ask us about expanding the rental to include our carriage house suite. You will be the only group on the property but can add on this adorable suite with queen bed, living area, full bath and mini kitchen. Can’t wait to return!
My husband and I spent the weekend here with 2 other couples and had a wonderful stay! We only wish we could have stayed longer. The accommodations are lovely, communication with the owner was quick, beds were comfy, everything was very clean, and we loved the gathering areas outside at fire pit, on the deck, on the main floor, AND downstairs in the rec room. They were all great!

Amazing!
The house was great. Beautifully decorated, well maintained and lots of amenities. Beds comfortable. Kitchen stocked. Location perfect- a sweet, quiet neighborhood a short drive to town and a short walk to the lake. The owners were very responsive and gave us a great restaurant rec for my son's birthday celebration. We would definitely stay again. We would change nothing about this place!

Family Trip
Our family trip was everything we’d hoped it would be and so much more! This beautiful home was at the most 15 minutes away from everything!! It was fully stocked, very clean, very personable and landscaping was gorgeous. The only thing I would suggest is that the bedrooms could use ceiling fans. The hosts of this property are wonderful and easy to contact. We will definitely stay here again!

Fun weekend getaway
This property has enough space for 6 adults, close to both Holland, Saugatuck and the beach! You can walk to the beach in 5 minutes and not have to deal with parking.

Beautiful Holland Michigan
This property is lovely. The grounds lush. There is plenty of room, very clean and wonderful location. Totally recommend. The host was always available and the carriage house was much nicer than we expected. totally stocked. Only advice. Bring your own toilet paper.. the provided paper is very thing and rough. Advice to guest, please clean the grill after using it.

Wedding weekend
We had a wonderful time staying at this house last weekend for our son‘s wedding. It was very well equipped, and we were all very comfortable there. The carriage house apartment was perfect for my sister and her husband also. The owners were very responsive and helpful answering our questions promptly. When we couldn’t find the ironing board they brought us a new one,which was a huge help since we had wedding clothes to iron! Loved the big deck outside with lots of chairs for a barbecue with family. Great location for beach and park outings!

Our girls trip to Holland from Green Bay, WI was amazing (even though we missed the tulips by a few days) and this home felt like our home away from home! It was close to everything we wanted to do and the walk to Tunnel Park and the beach every day was great. What a view!

Exceeding Expectations!
We attended an annual gathering at Geneva Camp and Retreat Center, opting to forgo bunks for an upgraded experience. Best decision ever! The house was clean, cozy, and the perfect place to gather for a quiet escape.

Lovely time
Lovely trip, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We spent most of our weekend at the house playing games, cooking dinner, watching movies, with a day trip to see the tulips. The three rooms plus basement bunkbeds would be perfect for 2 families or a small group of friends and the house had everything we needed. You can hear others between floors so if you have light sleepers or folks with different bedtimes it might be worth it to rent the carriage house for extra privacy but we were fine! Easy walk to the lake. Wish we got to use the fire pit but it was suprisingly warm this weekend. Pro tip: try the green bean casserole pizza at Slugos if you're up for something unique. Its great if youre a fan of Thanksgiving food :)

Lovely Friends Getaway
A perfect home for a relaxing weekend! My college gal pals thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this delightful home with comfortable beds, quality linens, and ample seating for playing games at the dining table and catching up in the living room. The hosts were responsive to questions. Great location -- we walked to Tunnel Park each night for sunset. Would love to return with bikes to explore the paved trails.

Cozy family time
We stayed the day after Christmas. The place was very comfortable. Kitchen was stacked except measuring spoons which we picked up at goodwill and left. We walked to the beach, in Dec and was close to lighthouse and downtown. Enough parking for 3 cars. Would love to return in the summer.

We loved staying at this property. Spacious, clean, comfortable, and within walking distance to the beach. It doesn’t hurt that my 87-year-old parents live next door, so when we come to visit, my family doesn’t overwhelm their small house.

Great family home located near Tunnel Park and the lake with just a short drive into Holland for shopping and a variety of restaurants. The nicely equipped kitchen makes meal prep for large gatherings a breeze. The extra large extending dining room table was perfect for our group of 12 at Thanksgiving. With a grill on the porch and firepit area the owners have thought of everything to make your family get away memorable.
