Important: Before you arrive you may be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be asked to give a security deposit.
Quiet, private neighborhood nestled one mile from Route 93. Just minutes from Plymouth University and Holderness School!
Guests will have access to all parts of the home with the exception of the master bedroom which is locked off for the owners and a couple of coat closets in common spaces. The guests still have access to the remaining 3 bedrooms plus the sleeper sofa in the fully furnished basement.

The home is located one mile from 93 but in a peaceful and private neighborhood. We have a long driveway that will fit four cars and plenty of off-street parking.
The home is completely updated with an open floor plan and high-end furnishings and all of the small details that make the home perfect for your stay!
This is a family home in a quiet neighborhood and not a party house. Quiet hours start at 10pm in respect of our neighbors.
We not not allow more that 8 guests at the property at any given time.
FIRST FLOOR:

- Large living room with the focal point being the floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace. This room includes a large sectional with a coffee table and multiple side tables along with two additional leather chairs to help you relax by the fire (gas fireplace and ceiling fan also in this area).
- Bedroom #1: 1st floor bedroom/office which includes a queen bed, small desk/chair for office space, accent chair/ottoman, ceiling fan, closet, smart tv/monitor, and has a connected full bathroom (extra linens provided).

- Laundry room with full size washer & dryer as well as iron & ironing board
- Access to the front porch that has two rocking chairs and a small side table

Plenty of parking in the long driveway. Street parking is allowed but not overnight.
Although we have the home professionally cleaned before and after each reservation, we ask our guests to care for this home as if it was their own.
The furniture is very expensive (and furniture/decor is light) so we ask that you do not eat/drink on the couch in the main living room or bedrooms when possible.
Keycode, wifi password, house information sheet, recommendation sheet, and checkout list will be sent to you before arrival.
We ask that the guests sign our guest book before departure and leave reviews on Airbnb.
