Very quiet location on a corner of the park, with only one neighbor. The garden is spacious with garden house, bicycles and BBQ, large tent in the garden with dining table and chairs. Garden completely fenced, little in view and therefore lots of privacy. There are two bedrooms, one with a 160x200 double box spring and one with 70x200 and 80x 200 single beds. There is also a large corner sofa in the living room that can be extended as a double sofa bed. There are fixed connections for water, sewer, electricity and gas and therefore just central heating with thermostat. There is a smart TV with cable connection, WiFi and Bluetooth just like a micro set with CD player and Bluetooth. There is a 4 / person dining area.
