"Martinborough is a great place for wine lovers! The hotel has a good location amongst vineyards. You can ride a bike to most of the wineries. Rooms are big, very comfortable, very nicely furnished and have a great hot tub! Also the kitchen is very well equipped and there is complimentary expresso coffee in the room. Breakfast was excellent, with many options of fresh fruit, eggs, toasts etc. Although the rooms were very clean, they maybe should pay a little more attention to the outside...

"The unit was very spacious and clean. However, the shower/bath was very hard to get into and very slippery and dangerous to use. There were no grab bars and you had to step up to get your leg into the shower. The outside walkway of the unit was also not clean so we tracked a lot of debris in with luggage and shoes. "

"Beautiful clean and comfortable property. Awesome location to enjoy the Waiarapa. We had to use the fire (in Jan!) and was nice and toasty warm. Advertised with a hot tub but no hot tub present. Kaleb was great to communicate with and easy checking in/out. Highly recommended for big family group."

The people before us hadn't quite kept to the owners expectations re cleaning, which wasn't a major but was a shame. The owners were great to deal with; super responsive and clear communication. "The accommodation was exactly what a group of 4 ladies required with a separate room each and 2 bathrooms. We really enjoyed being able to walk into the town for dinner and a morning coffee. The beds were all comfortable. The air conditioners were a plus in the hot weather. The lock box is tricky but it was still manageable. "

"Beautifully clean home with everything you could need for a short stay. Easy communication, very responsive host. We had our family of four plus in-laws, and the way the rooms were set up was perfect for two different sleeping and bathroom areas and common living spaces. Highly recommend."
