"Die Wohnung war sauber und zentral, nur nach der Abreise war leider kein Kontakt mehr möglich, was sehr schade war, da wir ein Ladegerät im Bad vergessen haben und am nächsten Tag deswegen Kontakt aufnehmen wollten. Aber alle Kontaktdaten waren ungültig. Auch sollte beim Einchecken darauf hingewiesen werden, das der Eingang einige Stufen runter zu finden ist."

The concerns were 1) wi fi was awful ( to which you did respond by suggesting we turned router on and off - only problem with your advice was that there was no router as it was clearly a shared router. As a result tv could not sustain connection. You need to sort that ou and can’t advertise a service that...

"Roomy and clean apartment with very nice kitchen, located close to downtown. Some damage to walls, blinds, and window locking mechanisms. Some bathroom fixtures not properly secured. Traffic noise was an issue. TV didn't seem to have national or international channels (e.g. no live Eurocup soccer games), but only streaming entertainment services."

"Beautiful home it was all there and more. Owner really went out of his way to help you. He brought a little bike for the youngest and gave lots of advise what to see and do around the home. Great showers, good space for living and cooking and nice comfu bedrooms. Toys and sports atributes were provided. Great tea and baaic cooking essentials were provided in the kitchen. Thanks!"
