"This was my choice for watching the 2024 total eclipse. Even with cloudy skies it was a really enjoyable day. If ever I want to spend more time at the Lake Ontario beaches this is where I would stay."

"This property is located on a dead-end road so very little traffic. Beautiful views, great location and very friendly neighbors. We went into Rochester a few times and enjoyed our time there, but found we all liked just hanging at the property. Now, I read the reviews about the door lock not being safe and it was disappointing to find after the reviews about this the door still hasn't been replaced. With that being said, the neighborhood is very qiuet and rural. We would definitely come back."

"This was the perfect place for us. We were able to be close enough to seeing all my family (only 15 min from my brothers house). We spent our days visiting and enjoying family. The vacation house was wonderful!! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets! It really was magical!! Thank you Tracy!"

"Our family has stayed in this beautiful historic home for a reunion with relatives in the Rochester area for the past 5 years. The house is clean and very spacious. We were able to easily seat everyone for daily dinners between the dining room table and the picnic table on the porch, and we made good use of the gas grill. From the beginning our experience with this host/home was great, the hosts are quick to respond to messages and the check-in process was very easy. "This was a great vacation home to stay in. There was plenty of room and lots to do in the area. The home was clean, inviting, and very comfortable, especially if you have little ones! "A perfect getaway for a long weekend or more. Perfect location by a secluded beach community on Lake Ontario near Rochester NY. Excellent amenities- very comfortable beds, linens, tissues (never at any VRBO I have stayed at), excellent kitchen resources. Very comfortable living room couch. We will be rebooking for long weekends or more again!!"

"House and property was beautiful and overall great. My only complaint was it is listed as 3 bathrooms but there is only 2. Not sure where the 3rd one is. With that said i would definitely stay here again."
