Offering 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, with new renovations in the fall of 2024, this Shipyard villa rental is ideal to unwind without a care after a long, wonderful day at the beach or the golf course.

The foyer leads to the cheery sitting area, equipped with 2 plush chairs. Overhead windows allow for plenty of sunshine, making this the perfect spot for your morning coffee. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counters, stainless appliances and a Keurig coffee maker. Serve dinner in the adorable formal dining room, with seating for 6.

Lots of character fills the open living room boasting a couch, a loveseat, swivel chair, a mounted flat screen, and a sliding glass door that gives access to the deck. The deck is complimented with 4 chairs and 2 chaise lounges, so feel free to dine al fresco on a warm summer night.

There is also a half bathroom on the first floor for added convenience.

Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with soothing coastal colors, a cedar plank ceiling, wall of windows displaying Hilton Head’s landscape, and a make-up vanity, allowing multiple people to prepare for a night out on the town all at once. The master bathroom is home to a double sink vanity and shower/tub combination. On the way to the guest bedroom, you pass a washer and dryer closet as well as the guest bathroom with its shower/bath combination. The guest bedroom has double beds, a Smart TV and is delightfully decorated in calming colors.

Beachwalk is the closest villa complex to the beach in Shipyard Plantation and has an on-site communal pool. In addition, the golf and racquet clubs, and the Sonesta Resort are close by. This complex is not equipped with elevators, use of stairs would be required. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Shipyard Plantation is tucked away in the historic Oaks on the south shore of Hilton Head Island with 12 miles of white sandy beach, bike paths, lagoons, championship golf at the Shipyard Golf Club, tennis courts at the Van der Meer Racquet Club and an abundance of natural beauty. Shipyard Plantation boasts the charm of the South Carolina Lowcountry, a laid-back coastal atmosphere and easy access to Hilton Head’s shopping, restaurants and top activities.
