NOTE: We only rent Saturday to Saturday during the peak rental months of June, July, and August. The rest of the year we accept rentals of four (4) nights or more.

Casa del Sol is centrally located mid-island - near to many restaurants, shopping, groceries, golf, and other activities. Our spacious and sunny beach retreat is tastefully designed with new wood-grain tile floors on the first floor, and an open floor plan that enhances its relaxing, southern charm. Two floors of covered side porches overlook a lovely, private pool and patio with grill where you can lounge in style. The five bedrooms are large and comfortable, featuring four queen beds, two twins, and a set of bunk beds, as well as a sofa bed in the office. Three pack n' plays and child's cots are available for little ones. There are three remodeled bathrooms adjoining separate bedrooms, an updated jack-and-jill bath connecting two bedrooms, and a half bath on main floor. The kitchen is well-equipped and efficient, with plenty of storage and stainless steel appliances. Five sets of french doors lead to balconies and add to the home's light and airy ambience. Casa del Sol is just steps to the beach down a picturesque walkway, and is centrally located in the middle of the island.... You'll find restrooms, sand showers, and a playground on your short walk to the beach. We provide sand chairs, toys, three wagons, and two beach carts for your convenience. Hilton Head beaches are wide, clean, and the perfect place to relax and unwind!
Bradley Beach is close to Hilton Head's Chaplin Park which features soccer, basketball and tennis courts, trails, and another playground. Bike rentals, parasailing, go Carts, and miniature golf are all nearby as well.
Rental policies:
Rates: All quoted rates are for credit. A 50% reservation deposit is due within 7 days after date of booking. A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of your deposit. The balance of your payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
Security Deposit: A deposit of $450 is due if damage is reported to us and VRBO.
Check in/Check out: Check in time is Sat. at 4:00 p.m., check out is at 10 a.m day of departure unless other arrangements have been made with the owner.
