This bright and roomy house, located on a quiet cul-de-sac, has everything you will need to enjoy your next family adventure on Hilton Head!

The lovely LIVING ROOM greets you as you enter through a two-story foyer. With stylish and comfy furniture, this is the perfect space to spend time hanging out, playing games, or watching a movie.

The DINING ROOM opens directly off of the living room and flows through a sliding glass door to the grill and pool areas. The updated KITCHEN has plenty of room for more than one chef, stainless steel appliances, a large walk-in pantry, a dining nook, access to the GARAGE with a second refrigerator, and plenty of small appliances to make mealtime easier (multicooker, slow cooker, electric griddle, rice cooker, Keurig and drip coffee makers, etc.).

A shining star of this house is a SCREENED-IN PORCH accessed through French doors in the kitchen. The porch has pool and golf course views and is an ideal spot for morning coffee, unwinding in the evening with your favorite beverage, or slipping away for some shade and rest while keeping an eye on those in the pool. With plenty of lounge areas and a TV, this porch will be a popular spot! Down a short hall is a full bath convenient for coming in from the beach or pool. In its own little wing is the home's DEN which overlooks the pool and golf course and opens through a sliding glass door to the pool area. This room is great for a quiet break, reading, or watching your favorite TV show; it also has a writing desk and QUEEN sleeper sofa!

Moving upstairs you will find four bedrooms. The FIRST BEDROOM features a KING bed, TV, sliding door with balcony overlooking the pool and golf course, and a private bath with a large, walk-in shower. The SECOND BEDROOM has a QUEEN bed, TV, sliding door with balcony overlooking the pool and golf course, and a private bath with a shower. The THIRD BEDROOM has a KING bed and a TV. The FOURTH BEDROOM has TWIN beds and a TV. The third and fourth bedrooms face the front of the house and overlook a large front yard of pine trees and palms; they will both use the hall bath featuring a shower/tub combo. The linen closet, washer, and dryer are conveniently located in the upstairs hall.

This home's backyard is what vacation dreams are made of! The large, private, lighted rectangular POOL is perfect for pool games, lounging, or laps and the grassy areas provide space for outdoor play. The home is equipped with plenty of floats (for "kids" of all ages), yard games, board games, books, as well as a beach cart and beach chairs!

This vacation home is situated in the heart of Hilton Head Island and on the first hole of Shipyardā€™s beautiful Galleon golf course. Nearby shopping includes Coligny Plaza and The Village at Wexford. A stroll through Pinckney Island National Wildlife Refuge, Sea Pines Forest Preserve, and Audubon Newhall Preserve, or a trail ride at Lawton Stables in Sea Pines is perfect for the nature lovers. Golf lovers can enjoy more than 26 championship courses. Kids will love The Sandbox, Pirate's Island Adventure Golf, and Celebration Park to name a few things. Water adventures include kayaking, jet skiing, dolphin tours, parasailing, standup paddle boarding, and sunset cruises. Enjoy the great outdoors with cycling on 60 miles of bike paths and 100 miles of protected public pathways, not to mention12 miles of hard packed sand, perfect for bike riding. Family friendly and gourmet dining abound. Hilton Head Island has it all! Dual access to Shipyard from Highway #278 and Pope Avenue makes it one of the most convenient neighborhoods on the Island.

Family Vacation

We all enjoyed our stay at this property. We rented bikes and had a short ride to the beach each day. We were also walking distance to the Shipyard Golf Courses which we played during our stay. The house's kitchen was well stocked with items that we used during our stay. The pool was great. The pool maintenance team was out twice during our stay to clean the pool, which was also nice. We would come back again.

Perfect getaway!

Great location with easy bike ride to the beach or around the golf course. House was very clean and full of amenities. Enjoyed the pool, cooking/grilling, and reading/playing games in the screened in porch. Excellent time had by all!!

When we arrived in Hilton Head, we had made prior arrangements for a week-long stay at a condo. That reservation inconveniently fell through at the last minute related to circumstances beyond our control. Lovely home in a great location!

Our family of 7 adults and 2 babies had a wonderful week staying in your lovely home! The house was very clean and tastefully decorated. We especially enjoyed the pool! The Carolina room was our favorite spot to enjoy our morning coffee and then wind down in the evenings. We rented bikes and rode to the beach and to nearby restaurants. Relaxing Stay

For a couple of snowbirds, Just Our Slice of Heaven, was perfect. It was a beautiful home and neighborhood. We enjoyed many days sitting by the pool, enjoying the backyeard and watching golfers. Kelly was a gem to work with. I look forward to a return visit. I would highly recommend this property.

Peaceful Getaway

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood making our stay very peaceful. The home is decorated well and has every utensil and kitchen item you may need, including a second set of plates (perfect for feeding a lot of hungry mouths). The pool is the perfect size for the number of people staying in the home. There are plenty of pool floats and games for everyone to enjoy. Kelly is very prompt when it comes to communication and a pleasure to work with.

Best "Home Away from Home" Ever!

We have never stayed in a home that was more beautiful or better equipped than this one. It felt like staying with a friend who is a wonderful hostess! The owners have thought of everything you could possibly need and then some! The decor is fresh, beautiful and so comfortable. Tons of room for a large group, fabulous pristine pool. It was so hard to leave and we cannot wait to go back! The beds and linens were like a fine hotel. The kitchen was chef worthy. There was room for everyone to spread out and have their own space, to gather, play games, nap and relax. The location is wonderful, with easy beach access, great area for bike riding, so many options for dining and shopping right around the corner. I would highly recommend this home to everyone!

Wonderful home! Great location!

This was our first trip to HHI and definitely wonā€™t be our last. We have rented many homes in different states without issues, but this home HIGHLY EXCEEDED our expectations. From the minute we drove down the street lined with the beautiful Spanish moss oak trees till we walked into the house our jaws were dropped open. Kelly was quick with replies to questions and her house was already stocked with almost everything you could possibly need for a relaxing vacation. All of us enjoyed our time at the home and wouldnā€™t hesitate to book this home again. Thank you Kelly for opening your home to us.

Great House!

We stayed for 2 weeks in 2019 and had a wonderful time. The property was perfect for our group and is in an ideal location for shopping, golf and the beach. The backyard is private and has a great setup with the pool and Carolina room. The interior is spacious and well appointed. We will be back!
